Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review. I appreciate the explanation regarding the baking times and the effort to serve fresh food immediately from the oven. However, I believe there are important aspects of my experience that need addressing.
Firstly, the issue began when another patron cut in line ahead of me. While they apologized and allowed me to place my order first, it was disheartening to see their pizza served before mine, This sequence of events left me feeling overlooked and undervalued as a customer.
I understand that different pizzas have different bake times, but the perception of fairness is crucial in customer service. A simple acknowledgment of the wait and an update on the status of my order would have gone a long way in alleviating my concerns.
Moreover, the overall customer interaction could be improved with more proactive communication and empathy. When customers feel slighted, it’s important to listen to their concerns without deflecting or placing blame. Addressing the issue with understanding and offering a sincere apology can make a significant difference in how the situation is perceived.
I hope this feedback is helpful and can contribute to improving customer experiences in the future. I believe Ziggies Pizza has the potential to offer both great food and excellent service, and I wish you the best in achieving...
Read moreI just came from this establishment and the customer service was absolutely deplorable. Not only was I not greeted, the cashier looked at me in the corner of his eye, and continued to ignore me. when I approached the manager about it, he not only dismissed my complaint he coodled the grown man who caused the problem. None of this energy was had with the White customers in the store and the cashier was very attentive and kind to them. To make matters worse, when I first asked for the manager, the cashier lied about the manager being busy just so that I could not speak to him (something he did not DENY) and the manager lied to PROTECT this grown man, even arguing with me in this grown man’s defense. As a man and manager it is YOUR responsibility to rectify the situation and not passive. This clearly was an act of prejudice and racism something I will not tolerate as a FBA. From this experience where I was about to spend close to $200 (money it looked like the establishment needed), I will in return be going elsewhere and will be contacting BBB. At no point should I be arguing with a manager based off a lie or a racist act. I know quite a few high profile people in Orlando including in the BBB as my family has connections so I hope Ziggie’s Pizza it...
Read moreI live in Oviedo and Ziggies is about 30 minutes away from me, which isn't far but when you consider it's too far to be delivered for a reasonable price and with the countless other options closer to me, that's quite a distance just for pizza. That being said, I consistently find myself driving to Ziggies on almost a weekly basis for their pizza and hands down it is the best pizza in the city. The recipes and portions are reasonable and lighter than the competition, not greasy at all and incredibly unique. Ziggies incorporates some of the freshest and most unique ingredients in their pizzas and the flavor and consistency is truly top shelf. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very down to earth and homey, as if when you walk in you're reminded not to take life too seriously, but make no mistake, this place means business. Christian Ziegler (the owner) and his staff make it a point to greet every customer that walks in with a smile and you feel like you are important and impactful in their business, which is a nice change of pace from the big chains. If you're looking for a new place to order pizza from and want a unique and exceptional experience, look no further than Ziggies pizza. I can assure you, it will never fail to be anything less than...
