Hershey's Ice Cream West — Restaurant in Ormond Beach

Asked for a hot fudge sundae, girl was pretty clueless as to which cup to use. Chose a small Styrofoam flat dish. Told her that was not what was normally used for a sundae. She went to the small sundae dish, asked if that was what I wanted. She said it was a medium. Didn't seem to know how to make a sundae, no whipped cream, cherry under the whipped cream, asked if I wanted nuts but didn't give me any. Then charged me for a large!! Product was good, Hersheys always is, but I'll stick to Hersheys East (beachside) where they know how to make a sundae and don't charge me $7.40 for a small sundae. BTW, many of these reviews are for the previous Hershey store that closed a short time ago. This atore has only been open about a month and we have reviews here...

If I could give no stars trust me I would. I am beyond livid right now. I called a few days ago to order an ice cream cake ya know cake with ice cream layered. And I specifically said how I wanted the ice cream cake. Vanilla cake, vanilla ice cream and vanilla whipped icing. I get this damn cake home and it is literally all ice cream. And the kicker they used pink icing for the writing for a boy!!! I paid 38.00 for some damn ice cream!! I am beyond...

Really depends on how high the employees are that determines whether you'll have a good time or not. It's very aggravating for the worker not to be able to pay attention long enough to accomplish anything. This place needs random drug testing and a little employee training will go miles.
