This is the very first bad review I’ve ever written. Not to diss Jersey Mike’s subs but this store is in need of better management. I went into the store around 6:15 and didn’t leave until around 6:40 and only ordered one sub. I literally had to wait on the work staff for 10 minutes to even start my sub since the manager on duty was the only one able to cut the meats. They have cameras and she saw me when I was waiting for the guest in front of me to order then left to the back (for another 10 minutes while I waited very confused- as if I wasn’t even there. The young man acknowledged me and got my order then proceeded to make a tuna sandwich and not my order then disappeared to the back where everyone else was and I was alone in the front for a few minutes wondering what the heck was going on. Then I walked to the register and looked in the back where everyone was hanging out and the young man that took my order said we’ll be right with you… a few minutes later the manager or whoever she was didn’t apologize about the wait ever and hastily sliced my meat for my sandwich. Read moreService is ok, sandwiches are good if you’re in a pinch to stop by a location. Isn’t my first preference but they’re ok here. Went in on a busy day. Was charged with my rewards gentleman thought I had one giant sub only when he asked if it was mine I said yes. He mentioned I had a reward. Used it paid then he noticed I had two other orders the people were working on the young lady just seemed flustered and I had to tell her multiple times how or what to adds. She said “let me know once we have your sandwiches side by side” I think they had mobile orders as well so she was trying to remember. But thought it was slightly rude of her to say. Went to pay then gentleman noticed I had the other orders and caught his mistake I so I was ask to pay again. Right next to me another persons order of an older man was ready he was ready to pay but then the young gentleman said he didn’t have to pay. So internally I thought ok so I had the chance as a customer to be taken care of as well but he made me pay twice but not the other person. Wasn’t the best experience at this location. Read moreI don't normally write reviews on chains, but I am making an exception. Listen, I have never had a bad sandwich and I personally love all the subs. However, I am not here to rave about the food. I am taking time out of my day because I believe these employees deserve recognition. I love going to this specific location (Oracle) because of how friendly and energetic the staff is. From the beginning of the line to checkout, every employee greets you, asks how your day is, smiles, and you can tell they thoroughly enjoy their job. And I have been in on multiple occasions and they have been the same each time. Today, a whole softball team had been through and ordered on top of typical lunch rush and the guys were still in great spirits and never skipped a beat. Thank you for always making my day and providing excellent customer service. It's refreshing to see service workers happy with their job. These guys deserve recognition and a raise. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend...
