McDonald's — Restaurant in Oroville

I'm lactose intolerant.

I had a semi large order at the beginning of lunch rush - the line stalled in place for about ten minutes at a time; I spent about forty-five minutes in line, in total, then was asked to park, even though the crew had had about half a dozen cars between me and my order, with each car only making about $20 worth of sales - a bunch of single people ordering few items.

I watched the menu board for entertainment because I was waiting a long while.

Not a hairnet in sight, nor a hat on the head of the person who served us, who wiped her nose on the crook of her elbow while we were at the window waiting for our order.

We waited another five or ten minutes for our food to come out, then left while my partner was checking our order, to get it home to my elderly mother and ancient grandmother, who are very picky eaters. They threw in a single apple pie for our exorbitant wait.

Halfway home, my partner told me they forgot my grandmother's part of our order, but everything else was fine, so we had to turn around and drive all the way back to get our food, where I waited another five minutes in the car for my partner to come back out. We went home.

When we got home, I was confronted with a nasty surprise when I open3d everything up to hand out.

What I ordered:

A number one, medium, with no cheese, no lettuce, and extra sauce, with a medium Sprite; two McDoubles with no onions or pickles; two hamburgers; a Big Mac with no cheese, no pickles, extra sauce; and a twenty piece nugget with bbq sauce.

What I got:

A number one, medium, with a cold, greasy Big Mac with cheese, no sauce, no lettuce, with a medium Sprite; two McDoubles with onions and pickles; had to return for the two hamburgers; a cold, greasy Big Mac with cheese, with pickles, no sauce, no lettuce; and a twenty piece chicken nugget with no sauce - and a SINGLE pie added for waiting a total of an hour at this store.

I called the store and said that very thing to someone who answered the phone, pointing out the absurdity that I waited all that time for a wrong, cold and greasy, missing item order, and firmly projected at the person that they need better quality control to not ruin anyone else's lunch, not to mention triggering food allergies and gastrointestinal distress the rest of the day in the process.

We ate it because we're all disabled in some severe fashion; it would have been too much to have to go and wait some more for food we should have already gotten - food that was for two lactose intolerant, hyperglycemic people.

Do better before you kill someone - at least before you so thoroughly spoil some other vulnerable person's lunch and physical...

My order was wrong, so after the Dr appt I went to after ordering mcds, I returned and asked for it to be remade. I had receipt, explained the situation to who they sent when I requested management( Ashley ), not the manager on duty, Chelsie. Ashley said they apologize and she would remake my sandwich right away. A few minutes go by and she comes and asks for the food I'm returning so that she had a valid mistake to show the owner. That she would be back shortly and was going to make my food now. She then asked me to park , and 15 min later she came out and said I am not doing anything for you. You ate most of the burger and there's barely fries plus no nuggets. We all agree it looks like u enjoyed this meal. I literally took 2 small bites and had my hubby take 1 bite cause it was SO SPICY, I couldn't eat it but got his opinion so I knew I wasn't being a weenie. I explained that to her again and told her u already took my food even if u weren't wrong abt it being 3/4 there not 3/4 gone, I am not going to eat it after you been taking pics and touching it. She said give me a min let me talk to them again, and she never came back. We went thru the drive thru again to figure out y an hour had passed and where my food was cause I literally spent my last $ on it and couldn't eat it. Chelsie said u are not getting anything. Leave now. I asked for my receipt she said nope that and your food are trash now. My owner told me to throw it all away and tell u no. They were both so rude and I still can't believe they stole my food even tho I couldn't eat it. I paid for it. Then the following week my kid bit into a bone in her...

I used to live down the street until april of this year. For 2 years that I did order there, they were constantly making the food wrong, food was nasty, getting other peoples orders (and I'm assuming they in turn got ours) long wait times, and rude staff. So for the last year we lived close we didn't order at this location. Well tonight we were in the area and decided to give them a try again and that was a HUGE mistake. Not only did we wait 25 mins for our food but once again it was the wrong order. Then we got half our order and they acted like we were just supposed to leave without the rest of it. So my husband goes in and lets them know and they give it to him. They told us they were giving us extra pies on the house for the long wait. They did not. The food again was so gross. Nuggets were hard as hell, burger had all of the produce even though we ordered it with none, and all the pies were in the wrong boxes. Never again. Absolutely never giving this one a chance again. Its absolutely ridiculous. They had so many staff in there and not a lot of customers and still no one knew what the hell...
