I usually have a good experience at this location. Sometimes I have them remake my drinks due to new employees or what not. No big deal. Today I went through the drive through and my drink wasnt correct. I dont know what happened but it had matcha powder speckled all in the cup that was still dry and the matcha was a brown purple(i did have a mermaid matcha with added raspberry syrup so it does make it a different color but doesn't normally come out looking like it did this time). I parked and went inside, the guy at the register was super polite and was swift with helping me get a remake. The lady im assuming made my drink was behind him with a rude attitude and asked what was wrong with it, even tho I had already explained to the guy why I wanted a remake. They remade it and she said to let her know if it was better.... It was better, BUT my cup was only half filled. Jan 2021: I WOULD give five stars but a couple times my order has been gross. I visit the two Starbucks in my town almost daily and always order the same thing-- Mocha Cookie Crumble w/one pump of peppermint syrup. However a couple times, the drink has been super pale and not at all like they've always done it. Then there was the time when I take the first sip-- it literally tasted like MOUTHWASH. It was the grossest thing I've ever tasted (esp. when I'm expecting the velvety goodness that I've come to know from Starbucks!). Read moreMy aunt (who is 70yo) and I went to the local Starbucks today cause this is whom she prefers for coffee. It was filthy, unorganized, rude and had no idea what they were doing as far as entering your order into the computer system or even making your drink appropriately. They pick and choose who they over charge or not. If they don't know how to make your drink then they will make excuses like its a seasonal drink, etc. We asked to speak to a manager, and the asst.manager was the only one available. She (Savannah)was just as rude and extremely defensive to the point that my aunt wasn't aloud to finish her sentence and walked out crying. The worst part of this behavior and experience is that she is FORSURE confident that her boss Carry will support all that she has said and done, today.
