Wendy's — Restaurant in Oroville

If zero stars was a thing that you would get that. Sitting in the drive through watching an employee eat and drink while on the line cooking . Thought to my self well there must be no manager and then she shows up at the window talking to the employee eating on the line and drinking. If not just for covid protocols but health code violation with the manager who should have a certificate for food service professionals in management standing right there talking to them. Rough housing with her employees slapping them and laughing as they all stand in full view of the guests eating and drinking in an active food service area. Just so irritated with how far the food service has fallen. Everyone working tonight 12/21/2021 @ 910 pm needs a refresher course in food safety and the manager is a hopeless loss if thats how someone taught her how to manage the franchise.maybe the problem is higher up but the issue is right there in full view of every customer health violation after health violation. Someone step in before people ruin another business here in town let alone the actual customer service , if every employee stares at you through the drive through while eating and using foul language while you wait for your food, let's take a second to think about how that makes your customers feel , really uncomfortable. hopefully next time through is a...

OK so this restaurant personally didn't do me wrong but unfortunately this is where I made my mobile order I just recently moved and last Friday I want to get my last breakfast in the town that I was in which is Orville place place my order using the mobile I thinking Hey why not never use It before why not place my order for breakfast for breakfast pay my 14.47 I get to the Wendy's I give up my name they say they have no record of me ordering any food I show them my account being withdrawn they can do nothing about it it is now July 1st I have been calling the Wendy's phone number every single day to get my money back I've spent about 8 hours already on hold luckily I can do my job while I'm on hold But 8 hours come on on top of that I used a little chat Box my phone tells me that they're ready to talk to me but how am I supposed to respond cause you can't even respond to the chatboxI will never go back to Wendy's and yeah it might sound petty but if they did it to me how many of the rest of you are they're doing this too so scew you Wendy's. To the people who work at the Wendy's in Oroville yeah I've been great to me for the year that I lived there sorry that you're taking the hit for this But instead of paying 1447 I ended up paying $30 but only got $15...

They got our orders missing or add Something.EVERYTIME! BUT! NOTtonight .Everything salads, various nuggets, burgers, dipping sauces even drinks! I mean the guy rocked that drive through. The food was hot and fresh. I finally Finished past in everybody, there's stuff. By the way, we have the $6 Burger bags and one chicken bag. Which included Bacon Burger nugget French fries And a drink. One with a chicken sandwich. 4 salads 2 apple, 1 cob and 1 taco salad look at this! Now thar is what I call great way to serve a fresh salad. Mmm so good. Next (sorry about the pic but the spicy nuggets are so fresh. It was hard to save 1 for the picture. For my favorite. Item. Wendy's owned the honey mustard!Try it sorry Panda Express. I have ordered from Panda Expressjust to get to their honey mustard. Mom but, Wendy's nailed it!
