Five Below — Local services in Oshkosh

The aisles aren't big enough for two carts to pass. During holiday shopping, it was very busy and it seemed like every one was frustrated with not being able to freely move around. I got "trapped" many times in aisles and had to wait for others to finish browsing because it was extremely difficult and sometimes impossible to pass by others. When checking out, there was one cashier, in spite of being yelled at with some introduction by at least 4 employees when I walked in. The 1 cashier told me I had to do self checkout. Not my cup of tea. While checking out, I ran out of bags. The 1 cashier told me to go to another self checkout to grab more bags. I guess this store requires it's customers to earn their purchases by having them work. Lol. This place seems like a cross between Wal-Mart and dollar general when it comes to customer service....

Omg I have never witnessed privilege until today. Let me say I didn’t intervene due to me being with my kid but this African American woman was treated so disgustingly. The manager Julia could have defused the situation better than what she did. Accusing the woman of being to loud after a white woman called her out her name cause the lady didn’t control her son and he stepped on the black woman foot and it hurted her cause he was a heavy kid. You can’t tell someone how to feel or react when they get hurt. What even upset me more was Julia (manager) weaponized calling the police on the African American woman. I will not be going back to that location Five below need to train these young girls on discrimination and how to defuse situations like that. Shame on you Julia and the white woman who...

Great concept and products. Terrible customer service and attitudes.my wife and I where in the store aprox. 5min and 2 very nosey ladies came real caa lose to us that youncouldnsmellbwjat she had eaten the night before, we just thought it was rude until a couple more and a nother couple... Well around 6 to 10 different people just circling all the guest. Come to find out one if them is a hight school friend that explained that they work for security, and have been asked to basically harras people so they are not to steal. A whole different type of hang stalking. Can't trust a store if they can't...
