I'm from Minnesota and was in Oshkosh for my first EAA airventure in July 2025. The air show was great. But what stood out more than the shiny airplanes was this quaint little irish bar that was a 4 minute walk from this over priced motel room at the motel 6 where they keep the light on for you which wasn't the case at all cause it was super dark. Also the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance which turned into a large disappointment as it was hot that day. But when I walked into Dublins that Friday night all of my problems went away. For starters, the menu is filled with awesome local beers and hand crafted cocktails and I wanted to try them all! I put some of the decision making in hands of our server Brianna as she had more confidence than we did. Well that chick certainly delivered. I smashed a Patty melt that was 10/10 and got dessert and milk to go which waz about the smartest thing you could do. Big shout out to the team at Dublins, can't...

We have been there a couple of times now and always got good service and food. This latest visit we ordered a beer which was supposed to be a hazy milkshake ipa and some food. The beer came and it was a very clear IPA i asked the waitress and showed her the description she agreed that it was clear but its the way it always came out. I doubled checked and the beer shows its supposed to be very cloudy(maybe the wrong line got attached) i let it go and continued with the meal food came out and it was ok just not what we had in the past no flavor or real taste of the irish fare we have had in the past. I don't know if it was a different cook or what the disconnect was. Normally we love this place but this time it just didn't measure up to previous accounts which was disappointing. Hopefully they can evaluate internally and fix the issues because it would be a shame if this continues and they won't loose...

The waiter was not talkative, didn't ask basic good service questions such as How ya doing tonight? Have you been here before? Do you know about all our micro brews? Service was not the best in general , our waiter didn't bother to ask if we wanted another drink when we had set the glasses at the edge of the table, a different server had them refilled for us. Original waiter didn't bother with the beer menu until way after the order of food and drinks. The burger was ordered medium rare and was way more rare than expected. The Reuben was ok - no where near enough cheese on it - couldn't even tell there was cheese on it. The hand cut fries were over cooked - as in burned. The mix drinks were a sad representation .... I expected more than a fourth of a shot in a drink for the price. Overall not a place I would go again. Overpriced trying...

I just have to give a shout out to Dublins regarding our visit today. We have been drinking and eating there for many years now. Today was the first time that I have experienced the hardship eateries are having with good help or the lack of help. When we first arrived, we were greeted nicely. It took about 30 minutes to get our first beverage. Then it took about 45 minutes to figure out that our waitress forgot to put our order in for our appetizer. Bummer!!!!! Needless to say, the cook apologized for it and did not charge us. This was a disappointment, but in the end, I will continue to visit when we are in town. I know they are trying their best with all the real struggles we all are faced with these days! Cheers

Just spent almost $50... First time having. Gf used to work here and says it is not what it used to be. Barely any potatoes (which were rough), bangers/sausage (which seemed like they were put in the microwave for 2 minutes), soda bread, which was probably the best tasting. Gf got fish and chips as you can see, tartar sauce which is 90% mayo, fish breading was squishy and mushy, chips were plain. McDonalds is much better. Had a appetizer of pretzels and cheese. Pretzels were deep fried with no salt and just plain. Cheese had to beer in it and normal cheese you can buy at Walmart. Overall... $50 spent and it was quite depressing as my gf and I is actually Irish...
