this place has really gone downhill over the years. I’ve only gone here a couple of times in the last year or so. Today, my fiancé and I walked in and the place smelled really bad. Like someone needed to pour water down a P-trap. It was some kind of foul smell. Anyway, we decided to still eat lunch there. The sodas do not taste very carbonated and all you really taste is syrup. I’ve tried a couple different sodas today thinking maybe it was just that specific one, it wasn’t. I tried Barq's Rootbeer and then I also tried Dr Pepper. I saw reviews about not giving out napkins. That also happened to us today. They did not put any in our bag so we had to request some. Anyway, the biggest complaint I have is whatever was in the Food got my fiancé and I diarrhea today. it didn’t happen ultimately right away, we had lunch around noon, went home to watch TV, didn’t really eat much of anything else other than potato chips and took a nap. After we woke up, our stomachs were turning and we both had major gas at first... Then the other part I just mentioned. I ordered the Garg, usually my favorite sub and that’s the only thing I’ve ever eaten at any Jimmy John’s. My lady ordered the Caesar wrap. I also think they should say thanks for stopping in and come again but every time I leave, nobody ever says a damn thing. Like, patrons are the one paying your paycheck when they come in to get food. Read moreI placed an order at 7:35 pm. Around 7:50-8 I still had not received my sandwich. I placed a call to the store and was told “it should be delivered next” as we only have one driver.: ( yes I know all places are short staffed) .. 8:02 I get a notification it is out for delivery…810, still nothing.. I call the store again, and informed them I hadn’t received it yet and I would like a refund .. the guys response was, well it’s been out for delivery for a while now so we can’t do that. And when I tried to tell him the last time this had happened to me, I had gotten a full refund, he denied it and said that would have never happened … 8:20 I received my order.. the delivery driver apologized, which yes that was nice of him to do that, but don’t advertise “freaky fast” service when that clearly isn’t the case right now.. or maybe inform customers of the long wait times to avoid this?? Not very good customer service in my opinion, and I will not be ordering from...
