Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Oshkosh

We never had scooters before, so we gave it a try. Nothing super special I would want to go back too. We bought two coffees…one caramel… one French vanilla latte. Literally could not tell which one was which. One was suppose to have oat milk for a food allergy, however I think it was normal milk since I ended up having a reaction to it. We also order two food items. One spicy burrito and a waffle breakfast sandwich with no cheese. We received one burrito and then a biscuit, egg, cheese sandwich. They told us to keep the messed up sandwich. Still got a waffle sandwich with cheese..could not eat anything since the messed up sandwich and waffle sandwich had cheese. I felt bad asking for another correct sandwich to avoid more issues with my allergy. So left hungry, a poor coffee, a very upset stomach and a waste of $20 bucks. I absolutely love this place over starbucks and dunkin, but twice this week my husband and I go and we ALWAYS order large drinks, never medium and both visits we received one medium drink at the window and one large. I told the cashier I ordered them both a large and looks at me dumbfounded and responds with “well it rang in a medium” girl i work at Panera as a manager for almost 10 years, the system didn't ring that in YOU rang that in. Again I love this place and will continue to come back but it was the same cashier with both the visits that we had an issue and it’s just frustrating. It takes a lot for me to say something because I get it, I work in food service but please try and pay attention when you are taking orders or at least repeat the order back so you don't waste my time and I don't...

Not just a “Coffee Drive-Thru” (as one would surmise from the signage)! It’s rather nice inside. Very quiet, counter barstool type seating at window, booth seating at window, two areas each with two relaxed upholstered chairs and a small couch and small table, one round 4 seater and another rectangular table where potentially ten people could sit. Plus, outside picnic tables.

The bathrooms are sparkling clean, unisex, fully handicap accessible.

The coffee was remarkably good. I ordered a flat white which was so smooth perfectly blended with a rich espresso. The only downside was on styrofoam cups, no ceramic. Coffee this good deserves an equally awesome presentation.

Service was prompt, friendly, efficient.
