So I go to this Jimmy John’s all the time by a number 11 with Only meat cheese and mayonnaise and I get double meat had a sub made wrong when I got home I called the manager was never offered anything all the manager said was thanks a lot for letting me know went back there again multiple times last week on Friday after work went there got my number 11 with double meat ate half of the sub and was sick all night puking and crapping in till Sunday morning when my wife took me to the ER in Kalamazoo Through the other half of the sub away call Jimmy John’s today to see if they would be willing to do something for me since I had to throw away half of my sub that cost over $20 and the manager said he had to talk to the area manager who got on the phone and said she would do nothing there’s nothing that she can do so I just wanted everybody to know I’m not positive the sub is what got me sick but that was literally the only thing I have a eaten all day that day and they were not willing to do anything when they made my sub wrong And again today not willing to do nothing after I had to throw out half of my sub not a very nice company not willing to help it’s customers at all Will never go to the Jimmy John’s on West Main again I don’t think it’s very professional as a business owner not to try to do something considering my subs...

Called store at 7:04 to confirm order was still being delivered to my apartment. Called Store at 7:50 and was told that since delivery driver couldn't find address, he brought food back to store. Driver NEVER contacted me in attempt for directions. Said it would be sent back out. 7:53 store calls and says its coming to me. 8:09 Store calls THIRD time, says they cant find address. After giving instructions, I called back and canceled. NEVER contacted by drivers. I understand one delivery driver, it happens. How was no map service used, and how did no driver ever contact me while in the complex for directions?? I have had delivery from this store to same address previously! Only to not recognize the multiple times I’ve ordered, and still only to be rewarded randomly with a cookie that could expire whenever. Every time I look at the app says I’m 4 orders to my reward I call customer service hoping to have the issue fixed or resolved, just to be repeated my order history from now and a year ago. When asked if I could have it emailed to me the answer was no, but I can tell you verbally. What reward am I hoping to achieve? The answer was told to me anything on the menu. Yet it’s not I have not received any such option at any time I can remember in which is why I asked for an email. I feel highly insulted and disregarded as part of some so called loyalty program.
