Dunkin' — Restaurant in Oswego Township

This location has very terrible service once i stoped there bought a large hot chocalate and the cashier gave me a medium so I said oh I asked for a large one so she took it back gave me a "large one" i got home and cup was half way empty yeah she changed the cup size but had the same amount of chocolate called to complain but no manager was there . Then recently i was there the guy in the drive thru was so rude and I asked for a mocha ice coffee I pulled up to the window to pay for it I paid him he gave me a caramel ice coffee and I politely asked if he could please put mocha on it since thats what i asked for He rolled his freaking eyes at me and stood there till he saw i wasnt going to take it then he asked do you want a recipt and i say yes and he didnt give me one he just ignored me . Never ever going there...

It’s been awhile since I go to a Dunkin Donuts and have had my coffee done right. I order a caramel and blue berry iced coffee with cream only. We came to this location and went inside this time cause last time every order was done wrong or didn’t taste right. A lady working there took our order and they were all done wrong. So we mentioned it to her and did them again and still didn’t taste right. A gentleman by the name of DALE, took over and made sure that our drinks were made right. Thank you DALE for doing your job and caring about it! I understand many companies are under staffed and this generation doesn’t seem to care about their jobs. Unprofessional Management!!!!

I own a Landscape company which means i drive a truck with a trailer. During remodeling the lobby was closed so i had to use the drive through. I shop here every morning but after the second day of using the drive through the manager said i could no longer use the drive through. He said “only cars” could use it. After questioning him about it he admitted he did NOT want my business, and the he walked away from the window. This is very unprofessional!!! He did not give any reason to why i could not use the drive through, or wanted to explain himself!

I will NOT be shopping here anymore i will gladly take my business...
