I gave a 1☆ review for the 2 orders I ordered online. I would give a 5 ☆ review. On both orders for my son and I we pu down order as a drive thru pickup as we always do, but when I went to pickup the orders I was told I had to come inside to pickup my order. Told them I have never come in to pickup my many orders, but they insisted I had to come in. I did but I wasn't happy about it as I always bring my dog with me, and had to leave her in the car. I showed the girl on my phone it states go thru the drive thru, but she ignored me. I asked for the manager who told me I marked it up as a takeout, which I didn't. I also was told when I stated I was picking up 2 online orders, he stated i would have to come in because they ere online orders. I also told him we order online and hit pickup drive thru all the time and have never had to go inside. He ignored me. This was the first time I had problems at this Wendy's and my son and I have stated previously they are one of the few drive thru restaurants we don't have any problems with getting our orders correct. He also requested sweet and sour sauce for his chicken nuggets and he didn't get it. I don't know if these are all new people or if their online ordering isn't working, because I also checked with my son if pick up at drive thru, he checked and also he had tapped the drive thru pickup button.
Now I guess we can add our previously favorite Wendy's to the list of the other drive throughs that don't pay attention to their online orders and forgetting to include something...
Read moreI’m not someone to complain much but I really never had such an uncomfortable and unsatisfactory service like the one I had here yesterday at this Wendy’s plus I wanted to calm a bit before doing the survey. First of all the order took like 20min to be ready and it was given to me in partial steps. They gave me the happy meal, then a few minutes later the Grilled Chicken combo after that the 3salads and finally I had to get up because my drinks were never given to me. Once I stated eating the grilled chicken was cold sandwich. Then my 11yr old was like mommy I’m really not liking my salad but didn’t say much more. As I was half way on my spicy Chicken salad a customer that had gone thru the drive thru came stating her Chicken salad was raw, so I immediately check mine and my daughter and the third one that I had order and to my surprise they all three were raw chicken as well. I went to the counter and brought them to the staffs attention and their reaction was like nothing. So the customer before me asked for the manager and she took like 10min to come to the front and all she did was given new salad to the other customer not even apologized and I said just give me my money back. I was so disappointed and disgusted that I did not wanted new salads. Plus not to mention I am pregnant so I was really not happy to know I had just eaten raw chicken salad and my 11yr old too. Read moreWe ordered food from the mobile app and picked it up no problem but then we showed the tag for the free frosty the tag was for 2023. The person at the window said we had to do it through the mobile app but there is no way to do that and the tag literally says to just show it with any order. The person seemed to just not know the policies or very uninterested because we have redeemed the free frosty here many times before with no problems it this same location. Make sure your employees know your deals and specials because that was just dumb they gave us no explanation how to "put it in the mobile app" and just stopped talking to us so we had to pull off.
