Rosati's Pizza and Sports Pub — Restaurant in Ottawa

Absolutely the worst experience I have had in town. Our town takes pride in the restaurants we have and this place was terrible. I went to a work conference in the Chicago burbs this past winter. One of our catered meal's was rosatis. It was deep dish and it was amazing. I have been bragging to my husband how good it was since. We had the opportunity to go to ours and it was the worst decision we made. Spent $65 and still ended up going to taco bell. Service was subpar at best. She was attentive til we ordered. We finished out drinks and set them at the end of the table and waited 20 min for anyone to come by. Mind you there was only 2 other tables with people at it. Pizza came out later on and it was terrible. I took 2 bites of mine and my son at none. My husband ate one piece and couldn't muscle down anymore. The women's bathroom was also disgusting. I let 2 people know that both toilets were clogged and you couldn't use it. They both looked at me like I was nuts. I can't believe this place is still open. I understand why it was dead when we walked in. If you are looking for good dinner options don't pick here. Plenty other better pizza...

Genuine pleasant service, even though there was a single server, she was busy, and service was slow. But I felt that was no fault of the individual server working. The setup was great for a sports fan, and loved the bar games available.

Wings were advertised as jumbo. Admittedly, I’m not a local and come from STL. I can say from my experience these are no where near the jumbo wings that I’m used to. Maybe they don’t grow that big up here lol? I don’t think they should advertise them as such. That was a disappointment for sure.

Advertisement aside, these are good wings and cooked great. Super crisp and juicy. As for the sauce, garlic parm is a fail in my opinion. Theres too much vinegar here than what I’m looking for. Still a win because I liked the cook on the wings even with all its fails.

Pizza was also really nice. Crisp bottom, plenty of cheesy goodness, and the Italian sausage was delicious and prominent. Sauce was sweet. I know this is a large chain, but still, I enjoyed it, which I think is pretty...

Worst restaurant ever. I would give no stars if i could. Just got back from dining in. hostess and server were ok. But the Pizza and cooks need replaced. Ordered the 10" deep dish. they informed me it would take 45 mins to make. I was fine with that. but after 50 mins they came to say that the cook made a completely different pizza. So they were going to make a new one with out even asking us. Then gave us, what they called donuts. Which is tasteless dough chunks with sauce to dip them in. so for another 45 mins we sat there waiting for our second pizza. when it came to the table it was at minimum warm and very watery. no flavor in the roast beef or is it piled high with cheese like they claim. very little on it. and for 2 dollars a topping it was very skimpy on the sausage and roast beef. I agree with the rest of the reviews save your money and go to any other pizza place in Ottawa. Even a gas station pizza like the one with the red roof is better than this over priced Chicago want...
