We came in looking for a more casual suit, because we had just spent a lot of money on a couple suits for specific occasions. We came in expecting run of the mill customer service. It had been so long since I had been in that I had forgotten what they were all about.

We walked in not realizing they were about to close. We walked into what should have been employees irritated with us. What we got was exceptional customer service. The gentleman that helped us flat out knew his stuff. We only purchased a little bit that night, but came back 2 weeks later and spent a good chunk of money in there. Because of his help, heads turned when I put on the suit. People were wowed at how good it looked.

We came back today and a different person helped us. Same caliber of service. We told her what we wanted and while she didn't have exactly what we requested she turned into a whirlwind of "I don't have that but I have these" as she danced around the tables pulling out shirts for me. We opted out of the alternates because they didn't go with the suits but still...she was great.

They also have good high quality t-shirts that my son won't put holes in within 3 weeks, which is a testament to...

This place is nice, cozy and relaxing to shop in for my fiance and I. The staff is always helpful and extremely friendly but not persistent, they let you browse is peace which is always nice. They always make sure we get the best deals for what we walk out with.

One star removed only because of one visit. (This was roughly 6 months ago as we have moved states since then) We had one incident with a new person last time we were in, normally it's all gentlemen working here but the first time we had a woman help us checkout she was mildly rude and seemed extremely judgemental about everything we said, including our attempt to get the discount they emailed out a bunch of times. My email wasn't loading at all but I get it once a week for the same discount that's always running so it was just ridiculous she wouldn't apply it. I like this place enough normally that I don't find this worth ruining the entire rating but it was annoying enough that we avoided shopping the next time we saw...

Let me tell ya how I felt when I came in their store, but let me say this...sure they have an online website to purchase their attires/etc but please don't buy from their website but instead go in their store!

The feeling I had when I went in there was nothing common, I felt elated, like I belonged, didn't have to worry about clothes too small or tight, their fitting room was a fitting room worth standing in. You felt small in there, with an excellent body mirror to showcase whatever you decided to put on with no fear or discomfort.

The people there were very accommodating, kind and you felt like they endowed something unique whenever they helped you.

You cannot beat the price with the experience you receive. If it was costly and the staffs there were rude, absolutely, I would not shop there but the experience is worth the money you spend.

This aligns with the quote, 'you get what you pay for', and this experience was worth every flipping...
