Manager was extremely rude. I admit it was an error on our part of accidentally submitting the order across town but I called the store if there was anything that could be done and the answer was rudely “no”. They definitely don’t care about their customers. Been eating at Rosatis for decades however I surely won’t be going again after this ordeal.
Reply to you: we initially went to the original location as we didn’t even know there was a new one. We were there for 30 minutes before we figured out that it was sent to the wrong location. Even the worker didn’t know so yes time did lapse. We were told to call you and see what you could do. I mean we were in the middle of a winter advisory or driving 5 miles south wouldn’t be an issue. We called and man the attitude that we got from you was absolutely unacceptable. Your words “we made it, come and get it” “it’s your fault, not ours” and on and on in an aggressive manner. I was just calling for help and I admitted it was accidentally submitted to the wrong restaurant. Like I mentioned before, I’ve been going to this location for ages and I was unaware of another location until now. I’m just saying allow your customers some grace and do be so rude! It’s for a small margarita pizza, not like it was a large order.
My husband called you after disgusted at how you were yelling at me and tried to calmly explain the situation and you screamed “IM NOT GIVING YOU A REFUND, take me to court” Why can’t you just say “sorry, we made it and it’s ready for pick up” instead of being belligerent and going crazy on the customer and then not taking accountability.
I’m not sure how you run business but in my opinion this is NOT how you treat anyone especially someone that is choosing to spend their money at your restaurant. Read moreI only have been to rosatis 4 times. The first 3 times were okay. I like the Chicago pizza. I had a friend want pizza so I asked my friend what style and my friend said Chicago. So we decided to get rosatis. Upon arrival to the rosatis in 151st in Johnson County Kansas the timing seemed perfect I arrived before the dinner rush. I asked the cashier if I could get a half and half pizza for my Chicago style. The cashier said yes so I ordered a half specialty with everything and half with chicken. All had red sauce. The cashier was friendly and helpful when I ordered. I tipped 20 percent. I was told the pizza would be ready in 35 minutes so I left and returned 40 minutes later. The cashier said the pizza will be out soon. So I waited 15 more minutes and just waited in the waiting chair area. They then got busy. I didn't mind waiting longer for my pizza but when the cashier tried to hand me my pizza the cook told her I want to give him the pizza with you. The girl gave me my pizza and I said thank you. The cook then told me you cant order that pizza again and it didn't come out right. Here is your pizza don't order it again. I won't make it that way again. I was shocked because he told me off as I said thank you to the cashier and in front of other customers waiting. I waited 50 minutes for an over priced pizza and I tipped 20 percent to get yelled at by the cook. I will not ever go into rosatis 151st again. I hope they close that location now. Read moreMy fiancé and I decided to have a date night at home for St. Patrick’s Day. We ordered from Rosati’s for the first time and will be going back for sure! The staff was super kind and the pizza was downright amazing. If you are someone who doesn’t really care for Grimaldi’s pizza, this is for you. The crust is perfect and not to mention, the tiramisu was amazing. The Cannoli was good, but the crust didn’t really have a satisfying crunch after the thawing process, still delicious all in all, not to mention we ordered on a holiday and I picked up the pizza within 30 minutes.
My entire family ended up trying the LEFTOVER pizza and we cannot stop thinking about it. I ended up talking to my dad about how he liked it, and just the conversation forced his body to go to the fridge and heat up a slice… or three… Try Rosati’s!!! You won’t regret it.
