No wonder they have a “Hiring” sign up. This location needs a whole new set of employees. Sean, jordan, and the girl who names start with a K and black hair that has a semi blue tint to it! Needs replaced! Under stress they perform very poorly as a team. The girl with the K name communicated with nothing but attitude at Sean when she was low on stock. She wasn’t giving anyone sleeves on their coffee causing customers to further more address her and she gave pure attitude back. Like sit them at the end of the counter at minimum!
Sean, when I first got there I didn’t kno the name of the tea after I described it and he named it and I asked him why don’t they have the teas posted and he rudely replied “I don’t know I don’t make the signs” just passively rude!
My daughter asked Jordan if he had started her drink and if not could he use almond milk instead and he just stared at her no engagement and just started back making drinks.
I had never experienced such low energy at a Starbucks. I know people have their bad days but apparently other reviews validate my experience and my experience validates theirs.

Read moreThis Starbucks is very convenient so I keep hoping that they'll get their act together but I've given up hope as of today. The staff are very sweet which makes this even harder. They have a major inventory problem. After numerous attempts I think I have been able to get pumpkin bread there once. They were out this morning by 7 am. They have run out of mocha at least twice that I know of, today being one. They were serving ventes in trente cups because they ran out and I've heard staff talk about running to other stores to get supplies. They claim that shipments aren't coming but every other Starbucks in the area seems to have what they need when I go there. They also don't tell you they're out of things until you're stuck in the slow drive thru line so even if you don't get anything, you have to wait for everyone in front of you to get out. Their drinks are also inconsistent. I get the same drink every time and, one day the mocha will be missing. Another day, there will be a big sludge of mocha at the bottom. Wonderful personable staff. Read moreIt is amazing how different one Starbuck is different than the other. My wife and I travel cross country throughout the year. This is the first Starbuck that missed the mark. My wife and I ordered bagels and after they were ready, we were told that this store was out of cream cheese. Therefore I substituted the banana nut bread for the bagel whereas my wife opted to get the bagel. My wife ordered a mocha frappuccino. She indicated that it was awful because it tasted more like a chocolate drink. My drank, a coffee frappuccino, was ok. Although the place appeared to be a new building, we had to clean a table to sit at. There were sticky stains and trash around the table we cleaned and the general eating area was not very clean.
