I ordered a delivery specifically through your app not a third party. I normally love this place and have not had an a purine either like this other locations. The food is not particularly cheap but it’s normally good. We ordered 3 of the same smoothies and one was either made incorrectly or I had the wrong label on the smoothie and got someone else’s. I was very kind when I called in and spoke to an employee I will not specifically name because I think they did try to do what they could at the time with the resources they had. However, I was told I’d get a call back and I didn’t. So I called the next day to follow up and spoke with the same employee and was told the same thing that the manager was out of the office he would leave a note and get a call. I don’t have much hope at this point if I hear back I am more than happy to change the review, but there was no way to contact anyone about the order issue through your app. It was a busy Friday at my job and I had to work through my lunch so was at work 7-7. I had ordered the smoothie as my lunch and they are large normally plenty. I had a wrap with it and it was my first time having that wrap and I am not a picky person but it just was really not good . Like I said the menu is not exactly cheap. I usually have it for two meals. That’s how I justify it. I work customer service, I have worked restaurants, I get mistakes happen it’s been the experience of trying to work with the app and the company to remedy the situation. I’m extremely frustrated. I had just spoke about how I thought it was a great place I normally have good food Good service no issues and my coworkers ordered as well. After that great talk up I get a really nasty smoothie it clearly wrong I have ordered it numerous times before and I’m stuck no way to fix the situation and I just accepted that hoping in good faith Sometime later in the day or the next it would be fixed. I tried to order direct rather than through a third party and was told I need to contact DoorDash. I did not order through DoorDash I ordered directly. I’m just at this point really upset. It’s clearly a different color than the others, tastes completely different, honestly if it had not been so watery I would have just dealt with it drank a different one but it did not taste right. I placed almost a $50 dollar order and at this point I’m not sure I’ll ever order again. If there are any issues how would I go about getting it fixed. Read moreOrdered well ahead of time for online order. Waited until it said order was ready, went to pick up and it wasn't. Also no check out for the online, so anyone could just grab things and walk out with your food.
When I asked what the status was I got "we're backed up, when it comes out, it comes out!" Food never showed up. So i asked again (I had been standing there quietly for 20 minutes), hoping I wouldn't be berated. You'd think they'd at least ask if I needed something since they went back to restocking straws and napkins and I'm the ONLY customer without food and I had asked previously about an order. So I started looking through OTHER orders. Like the ones put aside for delivery drivers. The thing I'm not. They put it in the wrong place, with an Uber Eats pick up. I've never used uber eats in my life and I'm not a delivery guy.
Shocker--food was cold (and honestly not well put together, it was a mess...looked like my 5 year old made a quesadilla, and that is pretty accurate, not a joke) and smoothie was runny, watery and near flavorless. Also the smoothie said it came with an edible lime straw...but it doesn't even though it has a 98 cent upcharge.
They were not helpful and even rude (except the guy at the end, he at least said sorry for misplacing the order), the food was bad, the smoothie was a huge letdown. Watermelon Mojito and no lime even though that's part of the recipe...it was basically sweetened watermelon mint water for $7 before tax...that was way overpriced unless it is very good...but gas stations have better smoothies from the sample I had. It being mostly melted didn't help. Maybe this wasn't their best day, so I possibly had them on their worst, but damage done and would not want a repeat.

Read moreThe service was a little slow for how many people were there, but the guy was very nice. The women were't quite as personable as he was. The women were also the ones cooking, so it makes sense why the food didn't turn out as well due to their melancholic behavior.
The kale salad wasn't full, and the cup is already small. The smoothie was also not filled to the rim, and was very runny.
The place is new, so the environment is very nice. I'd probably recommend a system for online pickup orders. The people who come in seem very confused about if they should just grab the order and go since no one approaches them, but only points them to the direction of the orders bin.
The employees also seemed confused about how to handle this, as after the woman left, they were discussing if she picked up the correct order or if she was the order that hadn't been made yet. None of them went after her to verify, but just assumed that was "probably" her. Not a very good system. I'd recommend at least putting their name on the receipt inside the bin where it's visible and they don't have to look for it in small print. The whole point is convenience.
I generally have good experiences when colleagues have ordered from a nearby venue, but this was a first for this location, so may just go back to the previous place that is closer to my job.
