First time my mother and I have been to this Arby's location and I'm more than pleased with the service I received here. Kiowa (the young gentleman who took our order) was very kind, friendly and was quick to help us with whatever we needed all while wearing a smile the entire time (I couldn't actually see his face because he was wearing a mask, but i could hear the smile in his voice). I love Arby's food and I've been to locations all over the US, but usually I'm slightly disappointed in service whether it's because of lack of hospitality (which is usually the case) or the food quality was poor, but that was not the case this time. This is by far, the best Arby's location I've been to. The food was nice and hot, the staff were very hospitable and friendly. The diner was clean and well maintained. They said they cant that the app is 3rd party and i have to call customer service. Manager on shift didnt know anything at all about how it worked or what the number was. She was very rude and i said she shouldnt be a manager if she doesnt know anything and some cook got in my face telling me ti get out. Yelled at me swore at me and threatened to call the cops while i am trying to wait for this idiot to call her boss and get a phone number for me. The app was down due to a server issue on Arby’s side and they refused to match app coupons. Then the worst part of the meal came when me and my family got home to eat. A couple bites into the sandwich there was something hard and it almost choked me. It turned out to be a bread clip! To make matters worse when I made Arby’s corporate aware of the issue the day it happened they said they would send my issue to another team and it’s been silence from them for the last three days.
