I would've given this a 4 star for the issue, but the problem I have happens more often than not. I do love chick-fil-a, I've been to many locations and very rarely have I ever been disappointed. Here's why I gave it a 3 star though. I feel like the drive through lunch crew doesn't always fully pay attention to the customers when they are giving their order. I always order the same thing every time I go to a chick-fil-a, I get a chicken deluxe Large combo with 3 or 4 Polynesian sauces, and a sweet tea with light ice. However, at this location, despite me saying several times that I want the combo as a large combo/meal, my food always comes to me as a medium size and it always says on my ticket that "I ordered a medium combo" this has happened more times than I can possibly remember at this location and it's literally the only issue I have with this location. Other than this consistent problem, everything is great, the food is hot, they're very fast and the staff have almost always been friendly and brought the food with a smile on their face. But I keep having this problem and that's why I gave it a 3 star, I would've given it 4 stars, but this problem occurs more often than not. I went and ordered my typical meal again today and the problem occurred yet again. A gentleman named Dakota took my order. I don't want him or any other staff members to be in trouble, I just want this problem to not occur so often as it does. I can understand messing up an order or meal size once or twice here and there, but it happens most times I go there. I applaud the kitchen staff and the staff who bring our food to our vehicles, but I do politely ask that the order takers please listen more carefully to what a customer says and if you're not sure you heard what they say, don't be afraid to ask us again, I promise you that it wouldn't offend me being asked a second or even third time if what you heard was what I said. Read moreThis location is the worst chick fil a in the Tulsa area based on customer service and food. The employees here are not courteous, and unfortunately that includes the management as well. There is typically a sweet, caring “chick-fil-a attitude” that most employees/staff exude at chick fil a restaurants (they have a smile on their face, they say “my pleasure” when you thank them, they come around and offer to fill up your beverage cup when you dine in, they greet you and acknowledge that you are a person when you come into the restaurant)… NONE of that happens at this location. The food is also not consistent. Sometimes it’s fresh, sometimes the chicken is cold and old (like really old). And lastly, this is the only chick fil a that I have been to that consistently (9 out of 10 times) does not fill up their fry cartoons. It doesn’t matter what size you get (small, medium, or large) the fries are only filled halfway to 2/3 full. I have brought the fry issue to their attention multiple times since their reopening, but they continue to serve half full fries. I reached out to online chick fil a to bring the issue to them since the restaurant has not resolved it over the course of months. Big chick fil a blamed condensation in the bag. That is just an excuse because I have experienced the exact same issue when dining in as well. It’s not condensation; they don’t fill up the fry containers. Read moreI understand what difficult time our world is going through. It has impacted all of us. Including myself as I am a health care provider. I have tried to adhere to all WHO & CDC recommendations. One way I have tried to follow the recommended guidelines is to use a good delivery service as often as possible. Unfortunately, it seems that the quality of customer service that is provided by the restaurant establishments has deteriorated with this recommendation. And this opinion also includes Chik-Fil A. This is so sad and disappointing as I have always loved their morals, customer service and most importantly, their food! On average, I order from them about three times a week. I ordered today and did not receive my complete order. This is the third straight time this has happened with this particular location. I finally had enough and decided to call the store directly. Upon calling and speaking with a manager, I was informed that it was not their responsibility to make sure the order is correct. It was the food delivery service’s responsibility. That is unacceptable to me. No establishment should “pass the buck” of responsibility for their customer service (or lack there of) onto a completely different organization. If they do not want to accept responsibility for their workers any longer, then ok. They have the right to do so I guess. However, they have lost a very loyal customer upon doing so.
