DISCLAIMER: At this time, I'm honored to be a Top 5 Reviewer in Oklahoma for Google. I do my best to be fair and honest but realize your experience may differ from mine. So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. MY REVIEW: We did not have a positive experience at this Olive Garden. First, we were seated at least 10 minutes before we were ever acknowledged by a server. When a server finally came we ordered two beverages, which took another 10 minutes or so to receive. When she brought our drinks, my husband ordered spaghetti and meat sauce and I ordered the endless soup and salad. We requested that the salad come without dressing in/on it with Italian dressing on the side for my husband and Ranch for myself. When our server brought the salad it was drenched in Italian dressing so much so that it couldn't be eaten. When we brought this to the server's attention she apologized and brought out another salad without the dressing on it, but failed to bring the dressings we'd requested on the side. So, another 10 minutes or so went by. Then, another server brought out our meals; however, she brought my husband the meatball dinner and he'd ordered the meat sauce. The gnocci soup I ordered was barely even lukewarm. Our server only had one other table of one individual and yet our drinks remained empty most of the meal. When she finally reappeared, my husband informed her that she'd gotten his order wrong, and I requested a fresh bowl of soup. He finally got his correct meal but the second bowl of soup I received wasn't any better than the first. Sadly, the server was a friendly young woman but she couldn't seem to get anything right. And, we noticed the same happened to the other customer she had. Perhaps, more training would be helpful. I'm not sure we'll return to this restaurant because there were just too many things...
Read moreThey advertise for never ending pasta, but as soon as you finish your first plates, they bring you a quote on “refill bowl and then as soon as you finish your first play and they bring you the refillable they ask you if you want to go containers like not even the second time as they come back and then they’re showing you how to pay like they want you out of there they do not want you asking for a third plate. How are you gonna advertise never ending but not let anyone get any more than one plate or one and a half plates I think that’s terrible thing to advertise and that are not only that they didn’t have rigatoni so all you could really get basically is Alfredo or spaghetti. And not only that if you want meat in the sauce, you got a pay an extra 499 and if you change the meat like say, you don’t want meatballs on your Alfredo and you want sausage you have to pay an extra 499 but oh cool you get sausage on the rest of your plates but if you want to change back to let’s say chicken and get the mushroom sauce and get rigatoni you gotta pay another 499. they did not refill my breadsticks once they did not refill my salad one time and it says never ending soup and salads and pasta. They never refilled my Husbands soup. All they did was refill the cups and they didn’t even do that. They waited until we took like three drinks out of our cups, and then will bring us a new cup. I hate wasting, so that kind of just made me upset. I could’ve made spaghetti at home for $50 and Alfredo with garlic bread and it would’ve been better like I am so so so let down because you advertise this never ending pasta and it only comes around once a year and you just kick people out the door and you lie about the plate sizes like it’s terrible business and I don’t know how you get away with like practically robbing people because that’s false advertisement and people should be suing...
Read moreFirst. Why have an online check in if your not actually going to honor it and actually check in the guest on arrival? Literally a waste of time for your customers and unnecessary stress on employees because they are oblivious to your online check in system. Second. When you have a party of 4 walk in and you can take one look and obviously see that one person is not actually going to fit in said booth comfortably dont offer a booth. Put them at a table. And if you can't accommodate a handicapped individual then just be honest and say that. I asked if we could put a chair at the end of the booth (which seems like that would have been a good time to offer a table since it was clear why I was asking) I was told that it was a safety issue and they couldn't do that. Loud and rudely so everyone else around could stop and stare at the conversation taking place. At this point we left the restaurant without purchasing anything. And its the main reason that I will no longer be eatting at your establishment. Ill drive the extra 15 minutes into Tulsa to go to Zio's from here on. Their employees don't have issue with handicapped individuals and their food is better priced with the quality being way better then anything I've gotten at Olive Garden. Thank you. Because while I think your food isn't worth the price my husband did. And since your employees were so rude its guaranteed I won't ever have to come back again. So I guess i should say Thanks for that.
Seriously if your management or an owner reading this you should definitely be addressing how your employees handle handicapped and/or disabled patrons because the lack of...
