Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Owasso

I usually like church's chicken so I thought I would stop at this location in Owasso it was close to lunchtime and there was no one there or anywhere but I went ahead and took a chance.. So their dining room is still closed for some reason after all this time from covid. I went ahead and went to the drive-through and ordered the 5 piece chicken strip went up to the window and paid for it they said they were cooking my fries fresh and for some reason they had me pull around the other side of the building to the double doors doors. There was no one behind me there was no 1 ordering there was no reason to have to go to the double doors while they cooked the fries. So I go to the double doors wait for the food it comes out she hands me the bag and walks back in and lock the doors I drive across the street to the gas station to eat and at the window I told her barbecue and ketchup So I get to enjoy cold chicken, hot fries and no ketchup and no barbecue. That's aggravating. The only reason they got a second star is because the fries were warm. There will be no need for me to ever come here again. And don't let the pictures follow you about the chicken....

1st and last visit, this place is nasty. I walked in and noticed right away they hadn't cleaned the dinning room in quite some time. Food and dead flies all over the tables and floor. Drink station and silverware, salt area hadn't been restocked, trash full. Then I went to counter to order. It was like the place was closed and I was in their way. Rude lady taking orders, got my order wrong, when I asked to fill the order correctly she grabbed a piece of chicken and tossed it on the plate with a look that I ticked her off. Have to ask for things they should offer like dipping sauce, ketchup, salt. Someone I think was manager was sitting at a booth working on schedules or something and was not connected to what was going on in the place. Clean up first, get orders right, then make schedules right? They don't offer to up size which is hurting them more than us. Food wasn't bad, but the experience was horrible. Employee's playing loud music in kitchen is not appropriate and was another reason to...

First and foremost, the food is good.... When they have it.... I have visited this store multiple times, over the past several weeks... Each time, without fail, they have been out of multiple side orders, specifically Cajun Rice, Macaroni and Cheese, Corn, etc .. Spicy Chicken well past it's prime...... Current time is 1930, Sunday..Whom ever is doing the ordering of product for this location should be embarrassed by this.. Employees informed Me, that deliveries occur on Monday and Thursday.. Common sense should dictate when low, order more... And these folks are the ones Who feel as if they are under-paid!!!! Wow ... In My profession sorry is only acceptable once or twice..Also, when did Jalapeno Ranch become a charged item??I have contacted Corporate, via telephone, with a " Sorry for Your luck" attitude... I am truly surprised that, with this poor Management , this location...
