Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Owasso

We love Jersey Mike’s however tonight we had a bad experience . With the Owasso school year about to kick off , families find themselves very busy with sports and other activities . Tonight we had a late practice and I had made an attempt to call in a sandwich order for my family at Jersey Mike’s . My husband and I knew the store was closing in 15 minutes .I was also very much aware that we would be there in five minutes , as we were already at 96th street and 129th when I attempted to place an order . The idea was they would make our sandwiches and could still close on time . We were informed you can only place an order in person . We arrived at Jersey Mike’s at 8:52 to a closed store . Allow me to explain , the employees were there , the open sign was off . We called and spoke with J.C., who didn’t seem to know he had closed the store down. The whole experience from our point of view was we were being discouraged by the employees to even place our order and then too pull up and they had shut the store down early? There are allot of sandwich shops in Owasso Jersey Mike, I’m sure the other shops would like our money . I’m a small business owner myself and often stay late to satisfy my customers, I would darn sure never knowingly close my store in a...

I will say my complaint is in no way with the food as I really enjoy Jersey Mike's and the food is great. My problem is that I came in after trying to place an online order by googling Jersey Mike's Subs Owasso. When I did this I tried calling in an order but nobody answered. Then when I looked it had an option to place a pickup order so I did that. Unfortunately without any notification that it changed location it placed the order to the Broken Arrow location. When I walked in and discovered my order had not gone to this location and even showed them how clicking on the pickup order button on the Owasso location directs orders to Broken Arrow they didn't offer any solutions other than to use the app for my next purchase. I'm not saying I won't be back because I do like the food but as a new business maybe help me out this one time and don't just say you aren't responsible for...

Oh my gosh, I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet!

This Jersey Mikes is my absolute favorite location and I am being super biased. It's a small location, but I have come to realize all location are.

The food is always a great quality and the team members inside even know me by name as of today. The team members are always friendly to me and know what I want by the time I come in. They simply ask if I want it regular or giant. I never have a problem at this location since Allison started working there. Before her, they used to forget that I don't like onions and peppers at all and I would gag when I got surprised by it.

This location is easily one of the better location in Owasso to pick up food from and I will always reccomend...
