Was remodeled recently, personally enjoy the using the order kiosks over walk up. Unfortunately it smelled gross in the lobby area. Seemed to be around the soda machine area, and, by the way, I have worked in restaurants in multiple locals for over 30 years and never smelled such a smell. Usually it's a sour mop head or standing water, Maybe some spoiled food smells on occasion. It was the worst smell I have smelled ever in a restaurant. Aside from that my order took over 15 minutes from the time I paid. I ordered the BBQ tenders that I adore so. While waiting I pay attention to the staff, as I am a leader where I work. They did not have enough to make both 4pc tenders I ordered. So I watched as the cook used what tenders were left to do the first order. I assume manager noticed he put 6 pieces in the box and abruptly asks him why is there 6, he replies they were very small(which they were), and she says to him doesn't matter only four. All while I'm waiting for this order. When I finally got it one box did have 6 baby tenders, which where terrible looking, And the other with 4 normal sized chicken tenders. So take that how you will. Also with every review of a McDonald's I am going to say this. I don't understand why they charge 50 cents more for the BBQ tenders and then turn around and say it doesn't include a dipping sauce. I am told they are supposed to charge for each dip cup. Read moreLong story short ordered on the app said I was there no food brought out then went through the drive thru with the order number they said it didn’t come through and I needed to cancel and reorder but on my end it showed the order went through and there was no cancel button. I then went inside and my order was on their back counter but they couldn’t give it to me because it didn’t go through. I was then instructed to contact customer service and then in turn customer service told me the manager from the store would contact me about refunding me. So I paid for food and didn’t get the food and will maybe get my money back. I have issues every time I go to this location but this is a first for this. There was only 1 employee there actually trying to help me. The manager that was there was good for nothing didn’t want to listen and only wanted to argue instead of resolving the issue telling me I need to go in the website and find the number myself to contact McDonald’s customer care and then would just walk off. Great manager there not really taking care of your customers! This place is a joke. This location has lost my business. I’ll drive the extra 5 mins to the next location just to avoid this place. Read moreOrdered two big Macs extra pickle and add slivered onions which they charge for .25 on each sandwich so that's an extra .50 cent charge no biggie wait my turn pay at first window even donate my change to the McDonald's house again no biggie pull ahead they already had two other customers waiting on the side I wait at window and then they start sending this guy out to give out food to the people behind me no biggie then as he's walking back to the front door I can here him say to the other drivers that the a* hole up in front won't move out of the way informed girl at window that I was going to call and make a complaint with that stores manager about him I receive my order get home check and no extra pickle and no slivered onions so I call McDonald's talk with the manager she was very nice and respectful they put grill slips on the wrapper so that the employee knows what you ordered apparently they either don't know how to read or just don't care this is not the first time at this McDonald's but I do believe that it will be the last I'm tired of this McDonald's ripping me off if I could give this place a zero star rating I would so if you like getting ripped off and being called a* hole then this place...
