Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Oxford Township

I have always been a big fan of Buffalo Wings since its creation into mainstream dining and an even bigger of fan of B-Dubs since you all opened your doors in Atlanta, Georgia. Since then, I have gone to Buffalo Wild Wings for all major sporting events to include MMA and I have always come to enjoy the variety of the flavors of the wings, the customer service and just the overall BWW's experience. However, today; June 24, 2015 @ the Oxford, Ohio restaurant I was given the wrong order and instead of giving me what I ordered and paid for I got the exact opposite..... boneless wings. First, I have never ordered nor cared to order boneless wings and after calling in to express my unhappiness with the order I was told by Matt.... the Manager working today that I would have a complimentary lunch going forward. The thing is, Matt and the waitress before him made it seem as if it were my fault that I got and paid for the wrong order and even went on to challenge me as if I were not the one who placed the order. Needless to say, the wings of the boneless variety is not a wing but a chicken nugget with so much breading on it that it should not be called a wing of any sort but a coated by product with a shmear of flavoring on it which made the overall taste of the wing horrendously horrible because it seem like soggy fried breading with a hint of meat in it. Well, you all at B-Dubs can keep the free lunch.... you eat it. You have lost a faithful customer who will never solicit your establishment anywhere in the continental USA or anywhere else in the world. Matt, your candor to being that of sarcastic along with your waitress have to read the book: "Raving Fan" to work on your customer service skills and you truly have lost a once...

Very nice and big sports bar. Many screens, nice seating, booths, tables, huge table for 20 or so, & a bar. Clean restrooms. Recommend parking in the little known parking garage just across the street to the West...costs 50 cents for a couple hours, vehicle is not in the sun or rain. Liked the Caribbean Jerk Wings and the Asian wings. The salads were more than just lettuce, they actually had bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, carrots, etc...The Cheddar Cheese Curds had little or no flavor and seemed like mozzarella not cheddar. I can't ding the entire place for one waitress but our experience was slow. There were only 4 tables in use on our side of the bar. Took 50 minutes to get food and we had to beg for refills, even on alcoholic drinks and took 5 minutes to return with them every time.....Still left her a tip because she was pleasant and the food came out...

I have never in my life had a worse experience at any restaurant. The way this manager “runs” this restaurant should be studied in manager handbooks on what never to do. After my food came out cold an hour before anyone else’s, I asked for it to be remade and the manager would not remake my onion rings on my second sandwich! Our server Jeff was an angel however, and kept our spirits up while we waited two hours for our food that ended up making me borderline throw up. I understand a certain amount of wait time will happen while there’s a deal on wings on Thursdays in a college town, but this was every bit as ridiculous as possible. Brandi should be fired as quickly...
