Let's see....I-m guessing that Arby's and McDonald's buy their shake and ice cream machines from the same company since neither are ever working!. Don't have it on your menu if your staff never wants to make it but wants $15 an hr to to be there! The drink machine must also come feom the same company that makes the ice cream machine as well since the Fountain drinks only dispensed carbonated water....if you change out the syrup...problem solved!...I know the boxes are heavy but come on.....Again $15 an hr..?? You have to work and solve problems for that...not just be there....I will say the food did come out extremely fast....but when it's been sitting in the back and stale it doesn't take long to get it out....I hope I just had a bad experience and this is not the norm for...

I go to get Arby's for dinner one night. Waited a few before anyone ever said anything, & then as I was placing my order, the person taking it interrupted & asked if I needed anything else. Which at that point, I said yes as I'm still ordering. She said, "Continue what else?" I so did not like the attitude for one, I did NOT APPRECIATE THE RUDENESS EITHER. When I was done with my order, I said that would be all, she rudely says, just pull around. I got to the window & was told to pull up. I asked about my pymnt & this hepher huffs at me. I absolutely think it's one of my worst experiences ever at Arby's in Pell City by far the worst!! I got home & our bead was soggy & cheese pouring like water off our food. It was not great...

Shake machine was broken (sounding like McDonalds).
Found out at the window they were out of bottled water. Oxford city water is not very palatable for anyone who doesent know. I requested that my cup of water be replaced by sprite. Evidently they are out of C02 because it tasted like uncarbonated nasty water. Undrinkable at best.
Sandwich had 0 Arby's sauce on it, and the meat was cool in the center. Tasted like it has been sitting on the heat rack for a while.
Fries were 7/10 for what I'd usually expect from Arby's.
I'm not sure what's going on here, but the franchise owner needs to sort this out or they are going to...
