I visited this eatery on 09/03/25 around 1:30pm for lunch. This is the second time I’ve had a sort of negative experience eating here. On this day, the restaurant was not crowded at all. I believe there were about four people sitting at the bar and from what it appeared, they all had already ordered. I’m not 100% sure but I assumed the four people had ordered because they had drinks in front of them and I believe one person was eating., when I first walked in, I was not greeted at all. There was a bartender attending to the four people, and she did not even look up to acknowledge me to say anything to me. I absolutely know this young lady seen me when I walked in because I had my two sons with me. We stood there for a couple of moments. I looked over at the young lady at the bar. She was trying her best to not make eye contact with me, as I stated in the beginning of this review, the restaurant was not busy at all, and it honestly appeared she was just socializing because the people had drinks in front of them. The proper customer service would’ve been for her to greet me and my sons and to then say welcome to Buffalo wild wings, Someone will be with you in a moment, but she did not say anything.
I waited a little moment longer than I walked over to the bar and I approached her very respectfully. I said, excuse me ma’am twice, she act as if she did not hear me. I said excuse me ma’am for the third time that’s when she finally looked up, I then proceeded to ask her do me and my sons need to sit ourselves or will someone come and assist us? She then act as if she didn’t know who would come to assist us. She then raised her hand and someone came to the front to greet & sit us after we had waited a couple minutes.
I honestly felt very uncomfortable. I was going to walk out, but my children were hungry and we hadn’t eaten and it was lunchtime.
If I had the young lady name who was the bartender on this day, I would most definitely put her name in this review because I do feel she need to learn more customer service skills. Maybe her manager can do more training with her or even have a conversation with her. I was in customer service for 20 years and Making sure I train all my employees to have customer service was one of the major rules besides staying safe.
Food: now the topic of the food the food came out looked clean and it was presented neatly but my chicken strips on my salad was cold & a bit hard. I didn’t complain. I ate some of the salad, but the rest My Son ate. My Son’s wings were good. The fries were a bit cool, not hot as we would’ve preferred But overall they ate and got full so that’s all that matter to me, our server she was nice. I would’ve liked for her to attend our table and ask if we needed more drinks and been a little bit more communicative but overall the experience was OK. It wasn’t horrible and most definitely was not great but OK. if I was a customer service secret shopper this restaurant probably wouldn’t of pass on this visit. I do hope in the future this restaurant will consider speaking to or perhaps doing more training for customer service and...
Read moreFist time going to this place and would not recommend. Went there for my husband's birthday dinner Saturday night. Upon entry we saw the host was sitting us at a table setting, looked like some of the higher chairs. We immediately asked politely if we could get a booth. She said they didn't have any open at the moment. I responded to tell her our daughter(who is 3) has seizures and if she falls I can't have her sitting that high, we would wait for a booth if that was ok. The host got an absolutely beyond snobby attitude with us, rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing like she was peeved. Iv worked in the food industry and I know they do rotations for sitting people down and it wasn't our intention to throw that off but she didn't even care to know why and just immediately got rude and snappy with us. We were turning around to leave at that moment because of her attitude but decided to stay so we didn't have to drive around and have the kids wait to eat. Absolutely wrong decision on our part. We waited 1 1/2 hours for our appetizers. Then waited almost another hour for our food. Trying to keep 2 toddlers entertained in a restaurant environment for that long was straining. We debated on whether to tell our server to just cancel our orders an hour in but figured they would be out soon after waiting for so long but time just kept dragging. Our server was really nice and we knew none of this was her fault and felt bad that she was having to deal with everything taking a long time just like us. We finally got our appetizers, the sampler and the cheese curds. The only thing hot were the boneless wings on the sampler. I wasn't about to complain because it took forever for it to come out and if we sent it back we probably would have waited another hour. Eventually we got our food, yea definitely nothing amazing about it. I had my cold dry chicken strips on a hot dog bun that had fries, really really old wilted sad looking pieces of what I'm assuming was supposed to be the coleslaw without the sauce, but had a light drizzle of the sauce on top of the extremely dry chicken strips....was not happy. Overall the only thing that got eaten were the wings that others ordered. Really unhappy we waisted his birthday money on this place. We never get to go out to eat because we can't afford it, hence why we waited for birthday money to be able to go out, and this was supposed to be a nice family time out but ended up being a struggle....
Read moreI had one of the most disappointing dining experiences at this restaurant, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. From start to finish, it was a complete mess.
To begin with, it took an outrageous 45 minutes just to have a server come to our table. The restaurant wasn’t even busy enough to justify such a delay. We sat there feeling completely ignored, and no one even stopped to acknowledge us or apologize for the wait. By the time the server finally arrived, we were frustrated but still hopeful for good food.
I specifically ordered a Swiss burger with NO SEASONING because I have dietary restrictions. I made it abundantly clear to the server that seasoning was not an option for me. When my food arrived, the burger was not only seasoned, but I’m almost certain they used pepper jack cheese instead of Swiss. As someone who cannot tolerate spicy food, this was a huge issue.
I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff, hoping they would take my concern seriously and make it right. Instead, they completely brushed it off as if it wasn’t a big deal. There was no apology, no offer to fix the order, and no concern for the fact that I could not safely eat the food they served me. It was as though they just didn’t care about their customers or their requests.
This experience was not only frustrating but incredibly disappointing. A restaurant should pride itself on customer service and attention to detail, and this place failed on both counts. Waiting that long for poor service and an inedible meal was a complete waste of time and money.
I will absolutely not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, proceed with caution—they clearly don’t prioritize customer safety or satisfaction.
