I don't remember the last time I actually walked into a mattress store, and this was my first time shopping at a Bedzzz Express. I didn't know what to expect so I made the assumption I would be over greeted and mauled by the likes of a used car salesman possessing no volume control nor regard for personal space. I couldn't have been more wrong!! Amy was incredible from the moment we walked in to when we walked out receipt in hand and a delivery date set. She was pleasant, genuine, professional and knowledgeable. She asked what we were looking for, gave some suggestions and then gave us space and privacy to try out the recommended mattresses (as well as explore others). I never felt rushed or pressured. We bought two full size mattresses at a reasonable price and it took very little time to pay and schedule delivery. I could stop there and the five-star rating be justified...but it gets even better! The day before the scheduled delivery I received a call that the delivery truck had been in a bad accident that totaled the truck (the delivery team was ok, thank God). Even in spite of these difficult circumstances the Bedzzz Express team went out of their way to ensure my mattresses were delivered on time!! The mattresses are comfortable, clean and well-constructed. Because of the on-time delivery we were able to have our sleeping arrangements prepared in time for out-of-town visitors. Many thanks to Amy, Mary Martha and the rest of the Bedzzz Express team that went WAY above and beyond acceptable customer service to a level of excellence rarely seen today! The icing on the cake is their Oxford store has John 3:16 posted next to the sign, showing that they embrace and support the Christian worldview of God's love toward humanity demonstrated in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. They represented Christ well in their devotion to their customers, peaceful atmosphere and joy in serving. I highly recommend this business for your mattress needs! ...

After multiple big box mattress/furniture store visits, my wife and I were considering ordering a mattress online. We found Bedzzz Express because we found out they sold Purple and Nectar.

All I have to say is, "wow." Amy was absolutely amazing helping my wife and I find our new bed. She listened to what our specific needs were and tailored her suggestions accordingly. Amy was super friendly, compassionate, and honestly gave us the best customer service we have received in a very long time! The "upsell" suggestions she made were related to our needs, mainly my wife's needs regarding her medical condition, and just made sense to us. She wasn't just trying to sell us the most expensive items. If you are considering a new bed, I cannot suggest Bedzzz Express (and Amy) enough. Best prices in town, and exceptional...

On Facebook Marketplace Queen sized Mattresses were advertised for $127 With pictures and description. Once my husband arrived at the store in Anniston He was told there was only one mattress available at that price. It was very thin about 5 in thick. He purchased anyway as I was nor there to dispute. I was not satisfied because it looked NOTHING like ones on fb MP. Mr. Hancock contacted and he explained that mattresses pictured aren't ones for $127.
