I recently visited Crumbl Cookies, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly baked cookies filled the air, instantly making my mouth water. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The Snickerdoodle had just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar, creating a perfect balance of sweetness and spice.

July 11, 2023 was my first time entering the store. I ordered the 6 pack of cookies. Upon arriving home we discovered the majority were raw and not cooked throughly. The called the store before returning and the on duty manager Lauren was gracious to try and fix my order but they did not have the cookies I wanted as 6 batches were redone because the were raw and the line was out the door. I returned on 7/13 my birthday to get my cookies. I asked that no salt be added to the chocolate cookies. It was a quarter til 9 pm and the on duty manager refused to accommodate me. I called to the store 7/14 so the cookies could be prepared before hand and there would be no reason they should not accommodate a customer asking for no salt on their cookies. He said it would take 45 minutes to thaw cookies and abruptly hung up before I could make sure I’d the time I would come. He is the same manager that refused to accommodate me on 7/13. He was very rude. He is tall, with glasses , blonde hair Caucasian. He need customer...

Hopefully management will find this constructive. IMO the CC team needs some customer service training. Not everyone has been to Crumbl. We could see when we walked in that it's a self order/check out system but we had questions and needed to talk to someone as a first timer. The employees behind the counter were so busy talking and seemingly oblivious they had customers that they completely ignored anyone standing up front. There was no acknowledgement that we were there, no "Hello", "Welcome in", nothing. I thought that someone would eventually walk over to the counter, but they never even glanced over. I finally had to interrupt their conversation, with two "excuse me's" and a "hello, ladies" with arms waving to get their attention. I get it, they are young, but a little training from their manager would go a long way. As for the cookies, they were in fact delicious. I do think they are missing an opportunity not selling hot brewed coffee. Something simple, not like Starbucks or anything,...
