I called to place a delivery order and the guy that answered the phone sounded like he did not want to be there. I asked several times could he speak up, it took me repeating my address literally 6 times for him to get it. I understand that sometimes there are communication issues so I asked him could I please speak with someone else. I explained to him that it was no problem with him, it was only that he wasn't speaking loud enough and was not comprehending what I was saying. He then rudely says could you just repeat your address. So after 10 minutes on my address we move on to my card number. This took another 10 minutes. I have no idea where his mind was, but it was not on taking my order. I repeated my card number at the least 9 times. After the third time repeating it I begged to speak to someone else, still he would not hand over the phone. Frustrated only hits the surface of how I felt. So after he finally gets the card number right I ask him could he repeat my order simply because we were having communication issues and I wanted to be sure he got my order correct. He instantly assumes I'm complaining about the price and starts telling me how much the delivery charge is then in the middle of me explaining that I was not upset about the price he blurts out you have a remaining balance would you like to pay another way. I ask for the third time to speak with someone else. A lady came and she got my order In literally 3 minutes. I pulled into the drive thru and was told it wasnât ready yet, but that it was coming out of the oven and to drive back around, and it should be boxed up and ready. So, I did that. When I got back around, I was told it still wasnât ready and to park and wait for the text message to come through. So I did that. 15 minutes later, I still had not received a text so I went inside- and what do I see- my food sitting on the shelf. When I asked about the text indicating the order was ready, the staff member said âyou donât have it set up for messagingâ.    Read moreHave had multiple experiences where food has been ordered, and one or more of the menu items has not been delivered or has been incorrectly sized. Additionally, customer service is terrible, and the person who answers the phone seems to have the memory of a goldfish, as I've had to call the restaurant multiple times to get the problem solved, and even then, they often simply put me on hold then apparently forgot me. Their approach to customer service seems to be "Ignore it until it decides that it's not worth the trouble".
This restaurant is the perfect example of why most pizza places don't offer the "30 minutes or its free" promotion anymore, because this branch would be returning a deficit.
