Part of my lunch order was left out of my bag. Called manager Adam & explained. Drove 20 mins out of way to pick it up later and was treated rudely by tattoo lady with black ring in nose working drive thru. Proceeded to try to charge me again. I Offered my receipt. Told me they were not giving me another drink with an attitude...although they asked me what I wanted to drink. Was then sent to curb to wait while wraparound traffic orders were filled. I will not go back to the Oxford location. After a long day who needs that at a fast food restaurant? Not the best food in town i might add. And I will always check bag before I drive off anywhere else. But why do we have to check our order with folks sitting around getting paid to do it? Why? Read moreI am writing to express my consistent disappointment with the accuracy of my recent orders. On numerous occasions, I have received incomplete meals, despite placing my orders correctly. This has occurred frequently enough to raise serious concerns about the reliability of the service.
I understand that the meals are prepared through a drug rehabilitation program, and I appreciate the important work being done. However, the recurring issue of missing items is unacceptable, especially considering the cost of the food. The quality of service should be commensurate with the price paid.
Today's experience further exemplifies this problem. After placing my order through the app. When I got to the drive-through window, I was asked to wait in the parking lot. After a 15-minute wait, I was informed that my order had been lost and was subsequently provided with an incomplete meal.
I request that this matter be given urgent attention to ensure future orders are complete...
Read moreI just want to say this "new" staff is a joke. I ordered a $10 salad and recieved a HALF full salad with NO TOPPINGS. I called the manager and was told " I've never heard of a Custermer complaining about having too much chicken in their salad." I explained to her that I'm upset that the salad isn't full and doesn't have what what it's supposed to have on the salad (blue cheese). Its like she didnt even listen to my complaint. She said I was told there was no cheese. The person taking my order RECOMMENDED THE SALAD! She did not tell me they didn't have the blue cheese and from then on insisted I was being rude.
