Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Oxford

The place need to get new workers‼️‼️‼️ The manager for the night was a black man with glasses had a very awful attitude. Accused me about my order saying I ate something which wasn’t in my bag when I got home. I called to tell them and they was rude on the phone went up there to get my items they still was rude sorry to say if they can’t get people with appropriate attitudes I will not go there ever again... you can’t accuse a customer if the customer let you know the items wasn’t there in the first place..

4-10-2022 It’s me again, I had a awful experience again with the very same place I did a year ago, tonight I can’t even explain but I was very disgusted how the workers mainly young kids treated me and my family.. if this company don’t hire older people in the afternoons I can see something bad happening with these young kids. The cussing while people are in the lobby being rude about the time they close for the school kids and all of that. I never in my life seen such rudeness and explicitly. My only issue with tonight is the fact I called and asked about the lobby and what time it closes before I come and eat with family I was told 9:00pm so my family and I went up there order our food and was beginning to sit down when these young girls was being rude about the inside closing at 8:30pm I can go on and on about this situation but I really need the general manager or someone to contact me because tonight was not it.. I will never give my money to this...

They are entirely too slow at this location. You wait for too long in the drive through before they even acknowledge you.

When they finally took my order and I got to the window then I had to wait for a while again before they opened the window to take my money. There were, however ,many workers in the building.I counted 6 people behind the counter while I waited at the window on my last visit. Everyone was moving at snail speed. They even looked directly at me waiting at the window,but no one said or did anything. One worker came towards the window, got a drink for herself,took a sip, looked at me waiting, and walked away. Some of the workers were even laughing and talking right there in front of the window without still acknowledging me, and taking the money for the food.

I have been there twice and if this is the way they plan on serving the Oxford area then they will not be in business for long. At this point, I would rather drive to Anniston to get better service. They might need to reach out to the Anniston location about training these workers so that they can offer Oxford residence better service. There are too many other competing business around this location for service to be this...

Went In on a Friday of night with my family of 14. First they had no designated front counter cashier. It was the manager who might I add was very rude and not very accommodating (he should have taken our entire order instead of making us order separately on different tickets) With that said, when we walked in we stood in the lobby for 20 minutes before the man took anyone's order from the group. It took around an hour to get all of our order and get our food to us. Very simple order. We were all eating and realized the woman (the drive thru cashier) was eating from the kitchen while walking all over the restaurant. The cook was wiping sweat from his face with no gloves on and didn't wash his hands once the entire time we were there. Our chicken was raw and the fries were old and hard. I left a complaint with corporate and waiting to hear back. Each time I go to this location, they're always very slow. but I have never had hygiene issues, cross contamination Or poor customer service until that night.
