I had placed a curbside order on 12/23/23 at 10:40 to be picked up at 3:30 pm. I got a text at 1:30 that afternoon letting me know that they were was working on my order. I had ordered 2 heat and serve hash brown casserole and 2 orders of biscuits. I get there to pick up my order, as I sit there waiting in my order, about 3-5 mins go by after letting them know I was there. I get a call from them asking me what did I order, cause they couldn’t find my order. I tell the girl, she puts me on hold. A woman from management came out to my car, to see if I got a confirmation email cause they couldn’t find my order, I showed her the email, of what I ordered and the time it would be ready. She said ok let me go get it, after telling both females what I ordered, I knew I was already gonna have issues with my 2 orders of biscuits cause online it shows 20 biscuits was 1 order, when I said I had 2 orders of biscuits they both said ok so 20 biscuits. As I’m waiting on them to bring my order out I had pulled that up to show them I was supposed to get a total of 40 biscuits. 10-15 mins had passed and I’m still waiting, the woman that came out to my car called me and was like we can not find your order anywhere in our system, the only mobile order we have had was back in June or July and it has already been closed out. I said I have an email and a text confirming my order, plus it’s pending in my checking, so I know it’s gone through. I said I have the order number, after giving her the number somehow my order magically appears. I had to wait longer for them to get my order ready. After waiting forever the young girl brings my order out, I asked if I had 40 biscuits, she said you have 20 biscuits, I said I ordered 2 orders, she said yeah 20 biscuits is 2 orders. I showed her where it shows 20 biscuits was 1 order. She rudely said let me go get get you 20 more biscuits. Spent almost $108, they never said I’m sorry. In my opinion should have gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I will never do another mobile order from the Cracker Barrel in Oxford again, I will take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed in...

Stopped at this Cracker Barrel on 8-14-24 on our way home from Atlanta, GA to Birmingham, AL. After being seated and waiting approximately 15 minutes for a food server to come and bring us drinks and take our order, we were never approached by anyone. I then went back up to the hostess stand and informed the host that we have not been acknowledged. He said he would find out what was going on, that he was sorry, and used the excuse that they were really busy. We then waited another 10 minutes and no one ever came to our table to wait on us. In that 10 minutes, the host sat the table right next to us, and within a few minutes their food server came and proceeded to bring them water and take their order. Upon seeing this, we immediately got up, went to the hostess stand and asked the host to get the manager. The manager came out and I proceeded to explain what happened. She told to me to "calm down" (which is a highly offensive way to speak to a customer) and she would find out what happened. I told her I did not appreciate her telling me to calm down and that this was unacceptable no matter what the reason was, especially after seeing the table right next to us get service shortly after they were seated. She offered to comp our meals, but by this time I told her we had no desire whatsoever to eat at this establishment after the way we were so poorly treated. Clearly this restaurant has MAJOR ISSUES. We have gone to two other Cracker Barrels at different locations in the past few months and have had very inadequate service as well, but we enjoy the food and were willing to keep giving them another chance hoping service would get better. This incident definitely was the straw that broke the camel's back. It is not worth the poor service and the condescending attitude of management that we, as customers, have experienced the last few times we have been to Cracker Barrel ANYMORE. We will never eat at any Cracker Barrel again because obviously service is not their priority!! And I hope they realize that the way they service their customers is a vital part of any...

They got one star because you can't leave zero Stars..... Went there this morning for breakfast we arrived at 9:45..... For some reason the host was not taking names not putting people on list instead we're all just having to stand in a line and wait while one at a time she clears off a table and then sits people we waited a little over 10 minutes in line they're obviously very short staffed.... Which absolutely goes back to poor management..... When we finally got to the front of the line we asked the host about how long realistically are we going to have to wait to eat.... Her answer and I quote.. ( I don't know I would never eat here ).... We both laughed it was such a stupid reply for an employee to give..... We got sit at our table..... Our server came over very quickly took our order right away when water one sweet tea biscuit and gravy for my mom and biscuit and gravy for me.... Now let's make this very clear there was nothing in our order that had to actually be cooked..... Its breakfast time they're making biscuits continuously.... They have multiple giant tubs sausage gravy in the back staying warm..... All they had to do let's put the two together and bring it out..... Not our server's fault..... Our server brought are drinks out immediately.... About 10 minutes go by she checked back to see if we needed refills...... At 10:40 we got up and walked out..... Never having received our breakfast..... The tables around us couldn't get their food either...... They are obviously horribly understaffed in the kitchen..... They were obviously horribly understaffed with servers...... People can make a lot of excuses..... Poor staffing that's your general manager's fault..... Not making proper schedules that's your general manager's fault....... Not hiring or maintaining existing employees that is absolutely your general manager's fault...... People don't quit good jobs they quit jobs that have poor management...... We arrived at 9:45 we left at 10:40 and all we had to show for our time was a water and a sweet tea...... This place has...

Ordered the thanksgiving feast 1 week prior to our pickup date (11/24). Drove up at our 10am pickup time. The boxes were sitting on a table in the sun with no one around. No biggie because we were reheating within the next hour or so. Waited almost 15 mins for someone to come out. Got the box and drove 45 mins back to our inlaws. The two turkey breast that we were suppose to reheat was not in bags like they are advertised. They were sliced in a pan. What happens when u slice turkey and then reheat? Dries out. Then there is no way it was two breast sliced up. There was 6 slices on top and the rest that was under it was a shredded consistency. It almost seems like it was left overs from the dinners they served in house thanksgiving day. The Mac and cheese was not even 8 servings as it wasn't even a full pan but it didn't matter because there was no cheese in it, it tasted of butter noodles so it went to trash. The sweet potato casserole was suppose to be topped with pecans and it was not, I figured maybe it was mixed in, nope it was just mashed sweet potatoes. I ended up going and purchasing a spiral ham just so our 8 people would have a protein to eat with the meal. Had to purchase marshmallows for the sweet potatoes because they had no topping and the Mac n cheese went to garbage can because there was no saving it. I have never been more disappointed in a meal that I spent 165.00 on. I had read so many great reviews on this deal and it was a headache and nothing as advertised. I will say the dressing did have a good flavor and the apples did as well. I have already reached out to cracker barrel and if they make this right then I will gladly change my review. I tried to reach them today but when I called and explained that I had a complaint, the phone mysteriously hung up.

Worst Cracker barrel I've ever eating at. (and I eat at quite a few through out my travels) Ordered biscuit Benny extra Hollandaise sauce. Loaded hasbrowns( supposed to be extra cheese and bacon)was an up charge for that. Two butter milk pancakes. Whipped butter was rock hard. Biscuits were so small that eggs were bigger than them both ways. As for hollandaise sauce we'll there wasn't any one there. And when waitress brought out what was to be some in cup looked and tasted like Mayonnaise. Bacon well it was supposed to be thick cut well it was so thin the stuff you buy at aldis( cheap version) was thicker. Would hate to see the regular cut well would have had to pretend there was some. The loaded hashbrowns well couldn't even tell there were and hashbrowns in there it was literally like three bites and gone. I've never left a Cracker Barrel hungry. The meal at Walfle house put this to shame. And when mentioned something when paying basically it was a oh well. Don't forget the tip. I come this way alot I don't think I'll be back to this restaurant very disappointed.

Met a friend here at the Oxford Anniston location for breakfast on my way to Atlanta. Labria was our server. I love bacon, and I like it crispy and to look like the picture advertised. I'm not sure why it's so hard to just cook bacon on the grill, but they use these high-powered conventional ovens that cooks it fast. The bacon came out flabby, cooked only on one side, so I gave it back for it to be cooked more, and she returned like 2 minutes later (major side eye, but it was crispy). The grits were half done. It seems the pot got low, and they added more grits, but some were done, and some were not, so I just didn't eat it at all. Lastly, and I'm highly disappointed, lol, but I asked for some apple butter to go with my biscuits, and she stated they charge for that now. $.50 cents per container... but the receipt states extra bread apple butter??? But it wasn't extra. However. I like that you can scan the QR code on your receipt and pay. So this visit was ok.
