I stopped by the brand-new Crumbl location in Oxon Hill on opening day, and everything about my visit was fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was top-notch—every team member greeted us with a smile and created such a warm, welcoming vibe. Everyone was friendly and professional.
The store itself was spotless. One detail that really stood out to me—and that I deeply appreciated—was that every employee handling food was wearing gloves. For me, that speaks volumes about their commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. It’s something I always pay attention to, and they absolutely nailed it.
The service was quick, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Every cookie had its own unique flavor and was baked to perfection. The chocolate chip cookie was probably my favorite—it had that rich chocolatey sweetness with just a hint of salt sprinkled on top that balanced everything beautifully.
The tres leches was also a standout. It had just the right amount of moisture and a beautiful cinnamon flavor that pulled everything together. Not all tres leches are created equal, but this one passed the test! But honestly, all the cookies we tried were amazing across the board.
I will definitely be a returning customer. Welcome to the neighborhood, Crumbl—you're off to a...
Read moreVery disheartening experience. My 7yo has been begging for crumbl cookie so I worked and earned enough extra money to give her first visit tonight. I placed an online order and paid extra for the gift wrap, the I love you sticker and the note that said mommy loves you (her name). We arrived an hour after pick up time and after I told the cashier it was my baby’s first visit she looked at us like “ok and? How can I help you” then they made the order right there and sat the box in front of my daughter and I said to the young lady, there’s a part of her order that’s missing. She came and slapped the sticker on the box in front of my daughter then I said that’s still not it, she took the box back and came back with a mini bow and no note. I said well this isn’t what I expected, it’s supposed to have a note saying XYZ and gift wrapped. She said “oh our note machine is broken, and this is all we have” I wanted to cry because my daughter’s first experience was ruined and I paid extra money for nothing and a sub par first experience. Hopefully she likes her cookies. It’s stupid to some but it’s big to me because I love my kids and making them smile is what I live for and I worked extra time today to have enough extra money...
Read moreI’m writing to express my frustration regarding a recent experience at your store. Upon arriving to pick up my order, I was informed it had mistakenly been given to someone else. While the staff did remake the order, I was disappointed to discover once I got home that all four of my berry trifle cakes were incomplete—the top layer was entirely missing.
This has been both inconvenient and disappointing, especially considering the time spent and expectations for the order to be correct. I wouldvr it if this issue could be addressed...
