Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Pacific

Worst customer service of my life. We calmly called imos about a pizza we ordered being hard as a rock. The manager Cory ended up having a little attitude and said bring it in. We brought it in and before even saying a word to me he opens my pizza box and starts breaking in front of me telling me it feels fine to him. That’s when I proceeded to tell him to try it if it feels so good. He tried it and you could tell he knew it was bad, But continued to have a poor attitude. He then gave us a new cheese pizza. Went here on the way to the airport looking for slices to go. The employee said no slices but convinced us to wait for them to make it stating it would only take 7 mins. We factored in make time ourselves to say it would take 10 mins and she agreed bc the pizza chef was really fast. After waiting 23 mins we asked if it was almost done and she said the pizza wasn't even made yet. We canceled our order. We told her we needed it quick as we were in a hurry to catch the flight. Was moving my son into his new apartment and ordered food for all of us. The food was good as expected. Imos is already expensive for what you get. I spent $63 and some change for the food which included a 2 liter. I get there and explained what I was doing and asked for some cups of ice for the soda. I got charged $2 for 7 cups of ice. I should have gone to Dollar General for ice and cups...probably would have been cheaper. Not to mention that the guy I dealt with had absolutely no personality.
