Worst Dunkin I’ve ever visited and I’m a Dunkin fan. The manager on duty was clocking out as I walked in. This was around 3pm in the afternoon. 3 younger kids were working. They took forever to take my order. Once that was done (just 2 drinks), I watched one them make my iced drink and just sit it on the counter. I got my hot drink fairly quickly. I waited patiently and then asked if I could get my cold drink. I was told the associate was still working on it. Confused I said okay. I continue to wait. One associate took a few more orders. Then I get told my payment didn’t go through. How do u figure that out 10 min later? I then said just keep the cold drink bc I have to go. The associate then said just take the hot drink due to our mistake. I was fine with that but then the young lady put my cold drink up on the counter with all the ice melted. I said no thanks; just keep it. One of the girls behind the counter yelled very loudly and in a condescending tone, have a great day. I’ll never return to this location due to rude, incompetent employees. I even had to explain to the girl taking my order how to add a flavor swirl in a hot drink when taking my order. The staff is always friendly and DO THEIR BEST to please the customer. This Dunkin donuts location is very consistent with their drinks and their food. selections. If you want seasonal donuts, pastries or muffins then don't be late, they sell out pretty early. That being said, it is VERY important how relevant that statement is in regards to the cookie butter filled donuts offered during the holiday season paired with a Sugar cookie cold foam laced cold brew. The donut is filled with a creme that contains the exact ratio the average humans taste buds require to achieve an accurate blend of cookie consistency and maple sweetness in a compound that creates a euphoria of flavor in every creamy bite taken. There is no question why they are purchased by eager patrons in the early AM hours, well before their conscience is awake enough to withhold the temptation the pastry exhibits from previous attempts at satisfying the desire for such a festive flavor, some might have even purchased 2 for themselves robbing innocent patrons of their own indulgence when the limited quantity has been consumed. If you're ever in Paducah Kentucky do not stop at the hinkleville store there's black mold around their drink cooler in the lobby employees aren't even in uniform constantly on their phone. They are smoking vapes in store I've watch then have hair in the ice bin cross contamination when using same canisters for making coffees with oak milk almond milk and cow base dairy . Without washing it out The Establishment is dirty tables always have something on them they're unclean bathrooms are horrendous the employees are rude only acknowledge the customers that they so choose there will be five workers and two people in the lobby and you'll be waiting anywhere between 5:00 and 10 minutes to place an order and let's not get started about ordering ahead because you can order ahead and arrive 15 minutes later and your order still not be there and ready for pickup if you do happen to visit Paducah Kentucky I advise you to go to the Jackson Street location they are friendly the drink orders are accurate when you order their donut case is always stop it's clean and very pleasant at the Jackson Street location but this hinkleville...
