Came in a few days ago to try the donuts and they were stale. When I went to leave a review, all I saw was reviews on how amazing the donuts were so I figured it was the time of day I went in. Tried them again this morning and the donuts were stale! I would like to take a moment and think the shop for reminding me to stay local. Corporations are not the way to go, they overcharge you for underwhelming food. Please put more effort into your donuts tasting good instead of looking alright
Edit: I saw in other replies you bake them all in a few factories in Vegas If your donuts are baked daily, get new bakers, a new recipe, or actual make them in Pahrump because the drive is ruining them, these donuts are horrible.
Ill also leave a screen shot of chatGPT explain how you guys are corporate incase you were confused about the company you work for.
Thank you for your time Alez but I’m not giving my number so a random liar on the internet
Edit edit: reading the other reviews and seeing that you only apply to one star reviews leads me to believe that a lot of your five star reviews are not real or are friends, coworkers and family. Including the five star review above me, that literally contradicts every single review, including your other five star review stating your donuts are good but “too sweet” 😂 But as you said I won’t believe everything I read on the Internet, like your replies.
Fun fact: people are more inclined to believe a non biased AI than to believe somebody working for the company with ulterior motives. People aren’t perfect either, I’d love to say they’d get there, but we never will.
And I assumed it was in the back of one of your donut shops, don’t get too hung up on wording sweetheart
I love your sass though girlfriend! KEEP IT UP! 😘
and maybe try thanking some of your five star reviews… show people you actual care about those who support your business and not just clapping back on the internet 🤡😂
Reading that other review again is hilarious! Not only does it contradict your other five star reviews with the “not too sweet” comment but all it’s saying is “fresh and soft” and I’m not supposed to think it’s...
Read moreUPDATE: I would love to update my review. After my experience at Pinkbox Doughnuts in Pahrump, Alex, replied to my review, I called him and I must say, he made things right! A company that truly cares about their customers! Thank you again, Alex.
This is a nice bright, fancy colorful, doughnut shop. They have some of the wild and kooky doughnuts. It's sort of the place you only try once just to say you've tried it. I showed up about an hour before they closed and they were pretty low on doughnut. Majority of the donuts they had were the wild crazy doughnuts with lots of topping on them. Service was pretty slow. Took us about 10-15 minutes to get 4 doughnuts I had the Tootsie Fruitie doughnut with fruitie pepples on it. It was EXTREMELY SWEET! WAAAAY TO SWEET! I couldn't finish it. I also got the doughnut with the Biscoff cookie on it. The tootie fruitie was soo sweet that I couldn't even get myself to eat my second doughnut. It is still in my car (2days later in the bag, long dudes trip) So, I'd advise to get 1 doughnut or one...
Read moreFrom Birthday Cake Donuts to Care Bears you cannot go wrong to try this place. Do not expect your average donut store. A true delicatessen of donuts available to view and taste. These tasty treats melt in your mouth! We bought a dozen, and they were absolutely Bursting with flavor and yummy goodness. We went at closing, and they were still fresh and delicious. There was still a large variety late unto the night. Our service was good, the employees could have more knowledge of prices and what is in the different donuts, need to smile a bit more. Smiles will raise your sales! Their kindness was commendable though. The store was cheerful, clean and decorative, which is super important to us. Thank you for the great service~ We...
