Boasts authentic Mexican food... I don't agree.. I was excited to find Baja fish tacos on the menu and promptly ordered them after questioning our server extensively.. I was very disappeared... First off my Tortilla was dried and curling on the edges( only 1 tortilla per taco normally 2 and soft white steamed tortillas, street style) Each taco had only one piece of fish , formed in the shape of a hot dog... It was fried. But soggy ( most Baja Tacos have at least 2 nice fried filets of white flakey Fish... They were also so salty as to be completely inedible.. they are served with a generous portion of rice and beans, so I just ate those. When our waiter came to check on us I explained about the tacos, and anxious to get me something else, which I passed on since everyone was finished and ready to go..and he removed it from my check without me asking. EVERYONE else in my party we're satisfied with their food. I won't go back most likely but some of the others in...

I cannot even begin to describe how incredible Romero’s is, this place is pure magic in food form! If you’re anywhere near Pahrump, RUN (don’t walk) to this restaurant. The flavors, the atmosphere, the service, it’s all beyond perfection.
The margarita flight? Absolute heaven. Every glass bursts with flavor, perfectly balanced, and dangerously easy to love. You’ll want to take a picture, then forget the camera and just dive in.
And the vegan tacos... oh my goodness. Hands down the best I’ve ever had anywhere. They’re fresh, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and somehow manage to make you forget every other taco you’ve ever eaten. I don’t know how they do it, but they’ve cracked the code.
Romero’s isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a love story told through food. The kind of place that makes you plan your next visit before you’ve even left. I’m officially obsessed; Pahrump, you’re hiding a treasure...
Read moreI ordered one of the specials, the fish tacos, but since I never eat the beans or rice, I did ask for the tacos only. Oh my, what a disappointment! The first one that I bit into was almost all cornmeal breading. I only found a very, very small piece of fish. The 2nd one had a larger piece of fish, but the breading overpowered every other taste. I did tell our sever and one other person and was asked if I would like something else. By this time my husband was finished, so I declined and filled up with the chips and salsa. I just thought that I should post this because usually the food at Romero's is good, so I don't want someone else to have this disappointment as I had. And Romero's, I am so sorry to only give you 3 🌟 (stars) but this time just couldn't go any higher! I am sure our next experience will be much better when...
