Excellent Customer Service! My son is dairy and nut free, so when I ordered I asked the lovely young woman what he could eat. She quickly went a grabbed the allergy binder, consulted with another employee, and let me know that all of their sorbets were dairy and nut free. I ordered, and she came back to let me know that although they were dairy and nut free, they were made in a facility where they could have come into contact with either of those two allergens. I thanked her and told her I greatly appreciated her taking the time to answer my question and gather the information. Been waiting for this Gelato place to open in Concord. I tried it out last night. I love it. They let you sample as many flavors as you like (there are so many that look great). I tried 4 and had difficulty picking 2 from them for my large cup ($6.50). I settled on Chocolate Raspberry and Peanutbutter Cup. I loved them both. The first had a large Raspberry in it plus chunks of dark chocolate. The Peanutbutter Cup had chunks of the candy in it. I will definitely go back again and try some other flavors...maybe! They have seating inside and out, with a large flaming heater outside. I highly recommend...
