Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in West Melbourne

Went through the drive through, before you leave the drive through put your vehicle in park and check ALL your orders. I asked for and Everything bagel toasted with Lox and cream cheese. I asked for No Onions, No Tomato’s, and No Capers. My bagel was Not toasted, it had everything I asked them Not to put on it. Also I don’t recommend eating their Hash Brown. It’s disgusting its texture was horrible and tasted like play dough. Very disappointing when you pay for a service and you don’t even get what you pay for. I only wife this review because this is the second chance I have given them. When I went the first time year ago, they burnt my bagel and again put every ingredient on my bagel I didn’t want and this was when I went inside and ordered. They took forever to make the food and I didn’t have time to check as I was now in a rush to get to where I had to be going. There hasn’t been much improvement at this location. Some of the staff are rude, i have only been here twice in a time span of 3 years, and each time staff have been rude. The bagels are good but I won't come to this location again because of how the environment was each time. I hope it has changed but I'd rather go to a different location. The last time I had went, I told a worker my name and she wrote down the wrong name, then a different lady calls out the wrong name, and im looking around waiting for my order, the lady looks at me then says, are you ( wrong name)? I said no, thats not my name, then she said is your order, this? And she told me the order is and I had said yes thats what I got, then she said its yours, and I said thank you, but i was so confused because they got my name wrong but I was just happy I had gotten my food, and as I was walking out I see her look aggravated and roll her eyes to the side and look at the other worker. The food is always great at every location but this one's customer service is absolutely AMAZING!!! I got there less than 30 minutes before close on a very very slow day. Needless to say they had started breaking down for the day. However, rather than saying they couldn't make the drinks they let me know it would be 4 minutes for the machine to go through the wash and then they could start my drinks. They assured me that this wasn't an inconvenience at all (though having worked customer service and food service I am sure it was at least a little). The gentleman I spoke to even took 10% off for my wait. They really went above and beyond for me. Whoever is doing the hiring at this location is doing an AMAZING job! I'm bummed I didn't get the name of the person I spoke with. He really is an asset to the company. I absolutely recommend this brand and this location. If I could give them 10...
