Starbucks — Restaurant in Palm Bay

I'm very disappointed and mad the employees and night shift manager I had came through Starbucks quite a few times and Have spent a lot of money here used to never have any issues out of the employees here. Until today when I went and tried to get my drink remade and yes I will admit I've had them remade drinks of mine quite a few times because THEY can't seem to get it correct And I admit my drinks a little complicated but when a customer tries to call at the phone is busy and comes to your place of employment to get their drink remade where they spent money and you tell them no because they've been there too many times to get there drinks remade then that's sooo wrong that's not how you do business. I even offered to show them where they gave me the four dollar off coupon for next time and I would rather just have my drink remade. manager comes out and tells me no you can't do that I can't do that this time sorry I can take the 4 dollar off coupon but u will have to pay the rest and I told them I spent the last of my money yesterday.... maybe if your employees knew how to CORRECTLY MAKE MY DRINK I WOULDNT HAVE TO COME BACK SO MANY TIMES . J. . I will not be spending my money at this Starbucks anymore which is sad bc it's right down from my house and my work .... now I'll have to travel out of my way to eaugallie or 192 which is fine bc I love the employees at those locations they always take care of me ! I stopped by to get a Mocha Frappé for my daughter...her favorite! I opted to drive a little further to go to this one because the closer location is located inside the Target and I didn't want to have to go inside...or park a mile away with the last minute Easter shopping...I wanted to do the drive thru and be done. Which wasn't the case. Although this location has a drive thru, it is set up horribly and near the entrance to the parking lot. That means people are getting in line from both the parking lot as well as the entrance. This caused a huge traffic nightmare for people trying to get in and out as well as the surrounding shops and restaurants. With at least 12 vehicles waiting for the drive thru I decided to go in...once I finally got around the mess and could do so safely. Once in, things went well. My order was taken rather quickly...only 2 people ahead of me. The young lady who took my order was pleasant, nothing to complain about but nothing to brag about either. And the order came up quickly and correctly. Once I got into the store, the whole thing took 15 minutes. As I was leaving I saw the same cars in the drive thru waiting for their items. If there is a line at drive thru, go in, it will be faster. However I have gone here to use the drive thru without a line and it was just as quick, but they had to make substitutions to the order due to being out of items and we were not made aware of it until we GOT the drinks. My husband went to Starbucks while I was on the phone and I ordered an iced chai latte with matcha powder added, when they shake it the matcha never blends right so you get chunks of it to the mouth if you don't take the time to actually shake the mixture so I asked him to have them blend just the matcha in with the liquid and stress NOT TO MAKE IT A FRAPPE I did not want the ice blended. I'm on the phone listening while he's doing this and I even had him repeat that I did NOT want it as a frap and when he said it again I heard the lady on the speaker all annoyed say "yes yes I get it what else" and then he shows up with a frappe because she clearly DID NOT LISTEN. It's one thing to make a mistake but to only make the mistake because you have that attitude when a customer is trying to clarify for you and then do exactly what they said not to do because you don't want to listen is what frustrates me. The mistake happened because of the attitude towards listening to the customer not because the customer did not specify. Paid for an expensive drink that now taste like garbage because the ice watered it down completely. If I didn't have to be at work I would've gone back...
