Mrs. Fields Cookies — Restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens

I've heard that the Mrs Fields at the Gardens Mall is now under new ownership. Well, it certainly shows. It's now really, really good. My family threw a party this weekend and we decided to include Mrs. Fields as part of the party dessert line up! We decided to order 100 cookies. We placed the order 24 hours ahead of time and they were really attentive to our needs. They contacted me really promptly when the order was ready for pick (it was ready early - that's already unusual, right?) and when I picked up the order, the cookies were nicely presented in boxes and very carefully stored. That night, our guests really enjoyed the cookies (we had ordered different flavors) and the whole experience was a 10 out of 10. Plus, I met the owner when I went to pick up the order and she was working at the counter. She was so friendly.

Don't bother going if you want to overpay for a cookie. Because God forbid they actually accept their own company's gift cards, instead try to charge you $8 for 4 cookies. The owner and the manager both lied to my face consistently stating that they do not accept gift cards. I called the corporate office to find out why only to be told that they do except gift cards. And they even accepted a gift card 3 days ago. The people constantly wide and will probably continue to do the same. How could you trust someone like that especially with something...

cookies are great but as previous reviews stated the one middle aged female employee needs to work elsewhere. i was ignored while waiting for a cookie as she was simply doing other things and didn’t greet me. so i got on my phone to not look awkward standing there. she had the audacity to say “HELLO?” annoyed at me. not sure where her social etiquette is but seriously find some...
