I have had wonderful experiences at the Palm Beach Gardens Arhaus. Not only is the furniture gorgeous with a classic but contemporary feel but also the design specialists have been incredible. I worked with Nicole, Dean, and Beth and could not recommend them more highly. They have a keen eye for interior design - helping my husband and me craft the perfect living room, dining room, and kitchen spaces for our new house. They listened to what we were envisioning and helped make it a reality. I appreciated that they didnât push anything on us or rush us. They were SO patient with us, spending close to 4 hours with us as we tried out basically every couch and chair and looked at multiple configuration options on their design program as well as fabric/rug combinations. It was actually a lot of fun working with them- both my husband and I enjoyed the experience even though I think we were all exhausted by the end! Despite our in person deliberating, we ended up changing our mind on a few items (more than once) and they were so patient, accommodating, and KIND about the whole process. I kept expecting them to say âoh too badâ (from past experiences with other brands), but it didnât happen. I felt like they actually wanted to help make our home exactly what we wanted. I also want to mention that at one point I brought something home from the store that had a small flaw and, again, they were so helpful to make it right. I almost never write reviews but felt compelled to for this store after all the time and effort the design consultants have put in on my behalf.
One last thing to mention is that we have had a surprisingly easy time with deliveries- both scheduling and receiving. The delivery company has called us exactly when they said they would every time, provided us with available days for delivery, and the day before texted/called with a 2-hr window to expect the items. The one time they the team was running late we were made aware of this BEFORE the window we were originally given so we werenât just waiting around wondering whatâs going on. The men who have delivered the furniture, Roger particularly stands out, have been awesome- professional, courteous, and knowledgable.

During her visit this afternoon, she was very interested in a console table that was displayed on the floor. She kindly asked an associate if the table was on sale as the signs said that there was a storewide sale of up to 40% off. The associate (if you would even want to call her that) rudely said that it was not on sale and walked away; without even assisting her or looking up the item...My mother proceeded to look online to see if this was true and found out it was indeed 40% off. She didnât even approach the associate again as her demeanor was rude, undermining and felt that she was being racially profiled. From the moment my mother walked into the store; there was no greeting, no acknowledgement nor assistance from one person. To have people like this represent your company shows the value and morals Arhaus believes in. Coming from the reviews as well, it seems like most would agree that the customer service is extremely poor. To have my mother mention that she felt as if she was racially profiled in your store makes be absolutely livid. I want everyone to know that this woman working at the store today; and I pray that you find out who this is, is an awful representation of a representative of this company. I hope she receives the discipline she deserves for making my mother feel this way. For someone who walks into your store in hopes of finding assistance in search for a product that she will pay for to help the success of your company, this is not how you treat someone. You have done an awful job at choosing your people and I will post this review on every single website of Arhaus affiliation and let it be known to every authority until my motherâs situation gets addressed. Like I said, you donât know who she is, you profiled her without even knowing what her intentions were.    Read moreGood selection of furniture. The WORST customer experience. I spent $16,000 worth of furniture and lighting in November. I was told I would receive some things in a few months, everything in approximately 4 months. Six months later, still no couch, two chairs, three bar stools. The first delivery after four months was two leather recliners. Both came damaged. BIG hassle getting people to call you back or do what they say. BIG hassle being properly reimbursed. They get credit for finally giving me 40% off. After repeated calls, we are told our bar stools are in stock but they will not deliver them without an extra delivery fee. They hold the chairs hostage until the other items are ready for delivery. Bad form and infuriating given the amount of money I spent. Next comes the promises of delivery of everything in the third or fourth week of March. Of course, no call about my furniture. Now April, I call and leave messages at the store for a manager to call. Second day, still no call back from a manager. I have to call corporate to find out my furniture is all in stock up north. They are shipping it at my request. I am told there is nothing in the system that indicates that it should have shipped to me. I get a call today from my saleswoman who says to me "What is the problem now?" She is rude and talks over me repeatedly. I left another message for a manager. I need this like a whole in the head. Do yourself a favor.
