Venchi Chocolate and Gelato Palm Beach Gardens — Local services in Palm Beach Gardens

I’m a big fan of Venchi chocolate and was so excited for the new location at The Gardens Mall to open—I used to drive 45 minutes just to get to the nearest one. Every Venchi I’ve visited has given me an exceptional experience, with friendly, knowledgeable staff and generous servings. Unfortunately, today didn’t meet those usual standards. There were only two employees working, it was around 11:40am, and the woman who helped me seemed rushed; she even assisted another customer in the middle of my order. (The place was not busy), and my order was expensive, I got a 500g pint to go. So what I mean by that is I was coming in to spend big $. She was a smaller Hispanic lady. The portions of gelato and chocolate were noticeably smaller, and the way the chocolate was added to the cup felt minimal and careless. Palm Beach Gardens

Venchi has always been one of my favorite gelato spots, so I was really happy to see a brand-new location open in Palm Beach Gardens. The store looks beautiful — it definitely brings something the area was missing. Elegant, inviting, and full of that Italian charm that makes you want to walk in right away.

The gelato has such a unique and rich flavor. This time I had Chocoviar and another flavor I can’t quite remember the name of, but both were amazing. I got them in a cone and it was perfect — fresh, crispy, and just the right touch.

We were helped by Nicolás, a very friendly Venezuelan guy who gave us excellent service from the moment we arrived. He even surprised us with a little gift: a piece of 100% Venezuelan cacao chocolate. A really thoughtful detail that made the visit even nicer.

It’s a great spot to take pictures, enjoy a sweet moment, and spend quality time with your girlfriend or family. If you love good gelato, Venchi is definitely a place you...

It was my first time visiting Venchi, and let me tell you, Astrid really understands what hospitality means. She was extremely kind and took great care of me and my fiancée.
