There were about 7 employees hanging around while my wife waited for someone to help her. When someone came over to help, they skipped her and helped the person behind her (which doesn’t make any sense). Finally, someone realized she was patiently waiting and helped her. She ordered a dulce de leche banana sundae. The pictures of the “dazzling sundaes” show the cups full of ice cream and topped with a swirl of whipped cream. Instead, we received a cup with more than half of it filled with whipped cream. We’ve ordered this before in Orlando and it was prepared properly. Do not eat here. I spent $30 on ice cream , as we were going back to eat it one of our girls nose started bleeding so I had to stop the bleeding which took 30 min we took the ice cream to them, that was now soup and asked if they can just give us a fresh scoop and explained the situation. The manager Jade said that they can’t just give us a free ice cream cone and I explained to her it wasn’t free we paid for it melted because her nose was bleeding. The way this situation was handled was so rude and there was no compassion on the part of the employee. Will never buy...

When the urge strikes one to three times a year, I usually stop by this location while at The Gardens mall to indulge on one scoop of HD Rum Raisin ice cream. Their banana and strawberry smoothie is also a good treat. Their staff is friendly/welcoming and provides quick service.
