This location is honestly a hit or miss depending on who’s working. Some are amazing and very friendly while others are less than helpful. I had two orders placed on mobile, one came out on time while they other was no where to be seen. It was a bit busy so we were understanding and waited. I waited until two waves of customers had ordered and picked up all their drinks, that’s when I asked about mine. One girl just said “yeah she’s making it” and pointed to her coworker without even asking to make sure. Sure enough, it wasn’t my drink. Waited 10 more minutes and Tried asking her again but she saw me and avoided me. Turned to ask a different person to check on my order and they looked at me like a deer in headlights. A 3rd person came over to and was helpful. I showed them my online receipt & he had asked if maybe I ordered it to the wrong location in which I explained and showed them my other drink that was made on time. He apologized and made it right away in less than two minutes as it was just an iced chai. 40 minutes of waiting….on a mobile order. The issue is not it being late as everyone makes mistakes, but don’t tell customers one thing if you don’t know for sure. Also definitely need better training on communication...
Read moreI wouldn’t recommend the new starbucks at the top floor in the gardens mall. Mainly because me an sister were interested to see how it was being that we always go to the one on the bottom an so when we tried this new one we wanted to see the service so this small family went before my sister an i went after my sister; so the family ordered a few drinks very simple coffee and me an sister ordered strawberry acaí drinks an meanwhile all of us are waiting 20+ minutes for simple drinks an within the 20+ minutes other people after us got theirs first so i had to go up an ask about me an my sisters drinks an i asked about the family’s drinks also since i heard the family wanting to ask. So i wouldnt recommend going to the new starbucks. The manager also told the family that “as you can see we are very busy” very rude in my opinion, he also told the family that “it depends on the order” but when i’m watching drinks a lot more complex being made an her drink was just a simple caramel ice coffee; very unprofessional. Read moreThis starbucks was fine. It had everything I wanted to order and the order came out just as I ordered it, that's why I gave it the 4 stars. The one star I took away was because checking out / paying for my order was a whole ordeal. I have my debit card linked to my Starbucks app, and when you go to scan it in the app a QR code comes up instead of a bar code. For some reason they were unable to scan it because of this. So I had to transfer money over to a gift card or the Starbucks card that is linked to my account, and then wait for it to show available, then finally pay. After all that it still didn't work. So she had to scan the barcode on the card section from the app, then I had to take out my debit card and make a payment basically, and then pull my order back up, and scan the "card" on the app again. All of these steps, just for a coffee. I have my debit card linked to the account so I DONT have to pull it out and go through all of that. There were also people in line behind me that I felt bad for because I was holding up the line just so I could pay for...
