From the moment I met Dr. DeLange I knew he was the Dr. who I would trust for my surgery. He listened to exactly how I was feeling in my stretched out, postpartum body and what I was wanting to accomplish. I was very embarrassed about my body and he made me feel very comfortable while also offering his suggestions on how to improve my body.

I also met Amanda that first day and instantly felt like we had been life long friends. She started me on my weight loss program that got me in my best shape for my upcoming surgery. She has helped me lose almost 40 lbs! She was by me every step of the way, encouraging me and answering all of my many questions throughout my journey and has stuck by my side afterwards as well! She is the biggest cheerleader for helping me along my path of becoming my new and improved me.

Dr. Delange’s surgery has completely changed my life. When I look in the mirror I still can’t believe the results he was able to achieve. I had a breast lift, reduction on one side, tummy tuck with muscle and hernia repair and lipo to the flanks. He made me feel confident in his abilities every time I met with him and kept me calm both before and after my surgery and through out my recovery. He makes himself available to you above and beyond any doctor I’ve ever met. He’s an artist and perfectionist and also the best guy around. My results have beyond exceeded my expectations.

After my surgery I was feeling so wonderful that I inquired to Amanda about adding a bit of skincare/injectables into my beauty routine and she introduced me to Katie. Katie really listened to what my concerns were as far as my wrinkles and has been helping me achieve great results with a plan that I am very comfortable with. After 2 kids and years of breastfeeding, I needed HELP! I researched plastic surgeons to perform a breast lift (mastopexy) and a breast augmentation for over 18 months. The offices I chose to visit for consultations were referred by friends and family and out of 5 offices from Miami to Jupiter, I chose Dr. DeLange at the Estetica Institute. Not only was his "bedside" manner the best out of all the surgeons I spoke with, his facility and staff were superior to everything I had experienced by a long shot!

The front office staff (Louise) made sure that my wait time was to a minimum. No waiting around for hours to be seen ( that happened at one surgeons office). Dina and Devon, the patient coordinators eased my fear and anxiety, kept my appointments on track, and made me smile (who doesn't love to smile. :)) The nurses, Lauren in the front and Lacey during surgery were supportive, caring and kind. The anesthesiologist, Jorge was firm and to the point, but he did his job and kept me comfortable and ALIVE! Finally, Dr. DeLange has been practicing plastic surgery for over 20 years and his hands are skilled in taking hard cases and perfecting the problem areas above and beyond the patients satisfaction level.

All in all, I AM THRILLED with my results. I LOVE my new and improved breasts and would never go anywhere else for any future plastic surgeries. Trust your first impression of your surgeon. I can’t say enough about Dr DeLange and the staff at Estetica Institute of the Palm Beaches. Dr D. recently performed an Extended Tummy Tuck with Muscle Repair & in doing so removed 4-lbs of apron belly skin. At my consultation I had numerous questions regarding the surgery & his surgical procedures and he answered every one with his charming smile and years of experience! I went in thinking I knew what I wanted and he quickly & politely gave me his opinion on what would be best for my body and for my age. I’m so very thankful that Dr D. was referred to me and I’m overjoyed with my incredible results. After loosing a significant amount of weight I can honestly say I absolutely love my new body & have Dr D. to thank for bringing out the fantastic curves that were hidden underneath all this hanging skin. From my first day of consultation to day of surgery & even now 6 weeks post op, everyone at Estetica has been incredible to work with.
