This was a fresh made pizza. The first slice of the Vegetarian pizza was pretty solid for flavor/taste, after that the flavor of the food seemed to erode into the 2nd and finally 3rd slice of a shared small 6 slice pizza. I would say the first slice was a 4, the 2nd a 3 and the last slice was really about a 1 or 2 star. So I gave the pizza a 3, because that's what you'll get for the first couple of slices as a minimum. It's out by I-95 in a Publix strip mall. The dining area as relatively clean and had the decor that you'd expect a pizza parlor to have without being a full blown restaurant facility. That might make for an issue for capacity at a busier visit ? What others indicated as delivered on busiest nights, makes me say that. Others may perceive that aspect of a dining experience differently ?
The BTS counter display was not an option. I mean, we've all seen a pizza that has sat around all afternoon, right ? And from the walk up, that BTS option was nearly a deal killer for a restaurant. But, we were there for dinner, so that BTS pizza had been there from lunch and beyond, expected to look pretty nasty at that point. That said, pay a little more and get a personal size fresh made. Our party also ordered salads and those looked fine. I did not have a salad, so this review & rating is solely based upon my pizza experience. Read moreSo happy when they first opened! The food was great and the brunette waitress was awesome! Now sadly the place seems to have fallen. We had a rough experience with the blonde server there tonight. First they forgot our garlic knots which they rushed to prepare, ok fine. But they were so soaked with oil you could squeeze a half cup of oil from each one. We told the server what was wrong and I showed her the oil running out of them and she yells "you didn't have to do that! That's disgusting! " to which my mom replied yes it is. I heard her say how what I did was "so disgusting" to a few people there and when our food came out she barely spoke a word to us. My mom's food was very salty which she did not complain about. When we paid we used a visa gift card and she said "it took x amount, so you still owe this amount". She had the numbers backwards so we paid what was owed in cash and left a tip. She then chased us to the parking lot saying we left the wrong amount. We showed her on the receipt where she was wrong, calmly I might add, and she gave us A LOT of attitude "well I'm just telling you what the other girl said to me!" So we replied "we are just showing you what the receipt said." As she stormed away my husband heard her say "Jesus!" under her breath as she walked in. If I had heard her mutter that I would have walked right back in to talk to the owner.

On 8 Jan placed an order of 16 inch pie and an order of Calamari. Now I am not a first time customer been having delivered and dine in since you’ve opened. Placed order at 5:10 and was told be here in 45-60 mins. It took them 1 hour 55 mins. To receive order which I was not upset about because I do not mind waiting for good food. The young lady handed me the pizza and the bottom was absolutely cold. Now I know after waiting I am getting a cold pizza. Paid the girl and have the usual tip $6 and asked her to let you guys know I was upset and please call me to explain why. Once inside I open pizza and all the cheese is slid to one side and pizza is cold and solid. Open up Calamari it’s cold also and now like rubber. Now the reason I am writing this review is for the fact no one ever called with an explanation or apology for taking almost 2 hours for something I threw in the garbage. Very disappointed in your way of delivery system and non response after giving her full tip and asking for contact. It is definitely your loss (money wise) because if you check your records I was good for twice a week order.
