I went to this KFC June 10th, 2024. Shortly before 5:30pm. I came in to grab a bite before work and since my job is close by I decided to dine in.
A lot of the reviews mention how rude the manager is. That is an understatement! I watched this manager yell and berate an employee because of how she was mopping the floor! Let me paint a picture. The Restaurant was empty. The only customers in the place were myself and an elderly woman waiting by the counter for her order.
The employee I think her name is Sabrina was mopping the floor by the front entrance, she stepped away momentarily and went into the back to get something, afterwards the manger came up to the front and then called Sabrina. Sabrina arrived. The manager told Sabrina in a stern tone that she can't walk away from a mopped floor without first placing a wet floor sign, because then they would be held liable if an accident were to happen. I'm not sure what Sabrina was doing in the back but she only stepped away from like 10 seconds at most.
She tried to explain to the manager that she wasn't neglecting her duties she just needed to get something. They talked back and fourth for a while until the manger slammed her hand on the store counter and yelled over Sabrina! saying over and over "You're not listening! We will be held liable! How many times do I need to tell you?! I'm not yelling!" I watched all this from the far back of the restaurant and the manger did all this 1 foot away from the elderly woman still waiting on her food.
Perfect example of a person who has no right to be placed in a position of leadership. She is disrespectful and has ZERO sense of empathy. She doesn't care who knows since she had no problem doing this in front of a customer. I and the other customer felt so bad for Sabrina no one disserves that level of disrespect especially not at minimum wage! I hope KFC has an HR department because this manger needs to be put...
Read moreI went here for lunch and the Manager, Melissa, was absolutely sloppy and rude, we were told by the person taking our orders to pull up because fries will take about 5 minutes, its been over 10 minutes by now and over 5 people pay AND get their food, while I was just sitting there? I reversed to the drive thru window because the line was empty and the store only had 3 customers inside, after waiting for about another 5 minutes of being purposely ignored, we finally get a response. I ask for my money back and the cashier lost track of our order and took out money from my account?
So I got: Charged (No receipt) Yelled at by manager Yelled at by employee No food for almost an hour No money back A number to corporate. Hint: ALSO didn’t do anything about.
Also, as I was waiting in line, I saw someone come out a back door, wiping and picking their nose, not wearing hair a hair net, clothes looked DISGUSTING, and don’t even get me started about the look of substance abuse in that kitchen..
I went to mc Donald’s down the street and got twice the food for even CHEAPER and 10x faster while the line was PACKED.
They need to shut this KFC down or do something better with it rather than waste a perfectly good building as this EXACT same scenario has happened before with OTHER staff.
FYI: The soda was on the FLOOR, kitchen looked UNSANITARY, workers had bad hygiene, tea was unsafe to drink, and was old, and was told there was no chicken even after people behind us got the SAME THING!

Turns out 2 other cars were waiting as well. 5 minutes later a different order that the total cost was much more on the ticket was given to us. We decided to park and go in. After explaining nicely and briefly the female worker that brought the food to us is the same one we gave the food back to. There were no sorry for wrong order, no nothing, business as usual. No attempt to find our order. After another 5 minutes of waiting a manager shows up to speak to two female customers next to us about their order. Afterwards I asked to speak to her and explained to her and that we still did not receive our order and we would like a refund, she says, "oh! #1783 I made those two spicy chicken sandwiches, their back there, and you you don't want them?" I said at this point no thank you, just a refund. We felt like they are doing us a favor and we should just take the sandwiches and go. You know the straw that broke the camels back? Well this was it. On multiple occasions no matter if the restaurant is empty, you are always told to pull up and wait in the drive thru. The employees always remind me of grumpy Walmart employees.
