Stopped by today to try it out. Staff were friendly. Tacos were decent, but not great. They go light on the ingredients compared to other locations I've tried. The lobby was very warm. Usually Taco Bells are kept very cold. It resulted in sweaty lettuce and tomatoes. I prefer my taco veggies cold and crisp. Overall it's a small, but decent location, but it could be better. I'll give it another try in the future.
Edit: After 2 years of driving across town to the "good" location I decided to try this location again. This location continues to be an utter disaster. The food is horribly prepared, lacking adequate ingredients, and bereft of any quality. This location continually does a disservice to the Yum and Taco Bell brands. The alternative location 4 miles away is always wonderful. I just wasted $25 at this sad, pathetic excuse of a location on Hwy 100. It will be my last visit. Shame on the franchisee for never correcting this. It's been 2 years since I frequented this location due to the same lack of quality and poor management. They do your company a dis-service. Shame on them. Not only do I want a refund for the garbage they pass as food, I plan to report this location on Hwy 100 to the Board of Health. Shut this place down already! Garbage!
Edit: 3 years later, despite this location being literally around the corner I make the drive 5 miles away to the good Taco Bell. The ingredients are always lacking here. The customer service is abysmal, and overall it's sad that thus franchisee was ever granted a license to represent the brand....
Read moreWe were in the mood for tacos while traveling through Florida. This was the nearest Taco Bell we had seen in the highway/signs for hours and by thid point, we were hacing second thoughts yet nonetheless went in.
There was somewhat of a wait. People stood awkwardly in line it was unsure if they were waiting for food, to order or just had a question.
Soooo...I thought this was more of an international sort of thing but despite getting the ratio count of crunchy and soft tacos the cashier gave my dad NACHO FRIES SUPREME instead of NACHO SUPREME.
To be honest all of us had forgotten his order when the food came and then sporatically my sister asked, "Why did you get fries?" Right. He ordered nachos.
So he got up and ATTEMPTED to correct his order and the cashier. He came back to the booth about 7 seconds later. We all started asking questions at the same time. "Forget it," my dad said; I guess they don't have nacho supreme here yet it is on the menu...
What we did hear when my father spoke with the cashier is that she was most likely nes and in training AND xompletely MISSED the "FRIES" portion of it. My dad would say, "I ordered nacho supreme an' you give fries." Cashier, "Yes. Nacho fries supreme."
Oh, darling, there was a back and forth until he realized he should have ordered a Nacho Bell Grande anyway because Nacho Supremes are tiny.
Regardless, food tasted fine and learned their watermelon slushie has candy similar oi Sweet Tarts IN THE SHAPE OF WATERMELON SEEDS! Tacos were bit overstuffed but at least they made...
Read moreI ordered a cheese quesadilla with sour cream. The lady at the drive thru speaker double checked by asking me if I wanted it on it or on the side. I said on it. I also ordered a soft taco. When I got home there was no sour cream at all. I called and spoke with Matt/Matthew and while he was on the phone he mentioned it to the person who made it. I could hear her attitude and she said she put it on it and next time she needs to get it on the side. The guy, I'm assuming didn't realize I heard everything thing she said and he politely said, she said she put it on it and to request it on the side next, sometimes it can get mixed in there and not notice it's on it. I said well it's right in front of me and I'm taken a picture to prove it wasn't put on it. She basicly called me a liar to him, acting like she did her job when she didn't and he obviously was trying to be a proper business person and relay it in a custmer relarions tone. Which I do appreciate, a proper attitude makes all the difference. However, my blood was boiling by her attitude and insinuating I was lying. So the evidence is in the picture. No sour cream, a ton of jalapeño sauce and a tad of cheese on half, not to mention a bottom of the barrel employee this guy has to oversee or deal with. Kudos to Matt for doing your job. However, I believe in honesty and when I say there was no sour cream and instead of your employee saying I'm sorry or my bad and taking the fault, she lies and turns the liar card on the customer. Just remember that in future, once a liar...
